Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform To Mine The Rule Of Medication For Cardiac And Cerebral Atherosclerotic Diseases

ObjectivesBased on The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS),t-hrough dig the High frequency Chinese medicine combination and New prescription o f the coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)and atherosclerotic ischemic stoke,To get the similarities and differences of the combination of the two high frequency Chinese medicine and the new prescription.Providing reference frame for Treatment o-fatherosclerotic diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsThrough the method of combining the computer retrieval and manual retrieval,selec-ting China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang database of ten y-ears in 2007-2016 of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and atherosclerotic ischem icstoke of treatment by Chinese herbs of relevant literature,using strict literature in in-clusion and exclusion standard screening to meet the requirements.With the introduct-ion of the level of evidence system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical lit-erature quality,literature can be divided into two types,and regulate the name of the drug and their classification.Then Input the prescription data from the literature into the TCMISS,Data mining methods such as association rule analysis with software,i-rmproved mutual information method and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering are adopted.The combination of highfrequency drugs and new prescriptions were exca vated and the results were analyzed.Results1according to the criteria,192 articles of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were selected,including 191 articles of la and 1 articles of Ib,192 prescriptions and 142 k-inds of drugs were analyzed.The total frequency of drug use was 2018 times,and t-here were 21 kinds of drugs which were used more than 30 times.The specific drug were "chuanxiong,salvia,astragalus,licorice,angelica,safflower,Fructus Trichosanthis,radix paeoniae rubra,peach,pinellia" and so on.according to the criteria,158 articles of atherosclerotic ischemic stoke were selected,including 150 articles of la and 8 arti-cles of Ib,162 prescriptions and 169 kinds of drugs were analyzed.The total freque-ncy of drug use was 1686 times,and there were 18 kinds of drugs which were used more than 30 times.The specific drug were "Dragon,Ligusticum chuanxiong,angeli ca,astragalus,safflower,red peony,peach kernel,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Pinellia ternata,le-ech" and so on.The common highfrequency drugs were "Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Ange licasinensis,Astragalus,Carthamus,Radix Paeoniae rubra,peach kernel,Salvia miltiorr hiza,Pinellia ternata,licorice,Poria cocos".2High frequency Chinese medicine combination mining results:40 high frequency C-hinese medicine combination were excavated from coronary atherosclerotic heart disea-se,including:"Chuanxiong,angelica"',"Chuanxiong,Danshen","Salvia miltiorrhiza,li-corice","Chuanxiong,licorice","Chuanxiong,Danshen,Angelica" and so on.107 hig hfrequency Chinese medicine combination were excavated from Atherosclerotic ischemi cstoke,including:-Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis","Rhizoma Chuanxiong,S al-via miltiorrhiza","Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Glycyrrhizae","Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ang elica sinensis","Ligusticum chuanxiong,angelica sinensis,dragon" and so on.There a-re 21 commoning of high frequency Chinese medicine,which are:"Chuanxiong,Ang elicasinensis","Astragalus,Angelica sinensis","Chuanxiong,Huangqi","Chuanxiong,Huangqi" and so on.3 Results of new prescription mining:four new prescriptions were excavated for cor-onary atherosclerotic heart disease:new prescription 1 is composed by Radix Isatidis,Phellodendron,Radix Aconitum,Radix aconite.New prescription 2 is consisted of Op-hiopogon japonicus,Schisandra chinensis,Trichosanthes,Rehmannia,Radix Rehmannia-e.New prescription 3 is composed of Pinellia ternata,Ligusticum chuanxiong,ginger,a-ngelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae rubra and safflower.and new prescription 4 is com p-osed of Fructus Aurantii,Radix Polygala,Poria cocos,Chen Pe,Pinellia ternata and G-inger.Six new prescriptions were discovered for atherosclerotic ischemic stoke.Ne w prescription 1 is composed of Ophiopogon,Radix Rehmanniae,Dendrobium and Sc-hisandra chinensis.New prescription 2 is composed of Zelanthus,Brassica Alba,Rhiz omaAlismatis and Atractylodes macrocephala.New prescription 3 is composed of Rhiz omaaurantii,Fructus Aurantii,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,and Turtle s heIl.New prescription 4 is composed of Pericarp,Pinellia ternata,Atractylodes macroce phala,Poria cocos,and Cyperaceae.New prescription 5 is composed of Uncaria,Cass ia Shixianum,Tiananxing,Luoshiteng and Lycium barbarum.New Prescription 6 is co-mposed of Angelica sinensis,Radix Astragali,Ligusticum chuanxiong,rhubarb,safflo wer,peach kernel and Radix Paeoniae rubra.Conclusions1 drugs of used:The drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stas-is,tonifying deficiency,resolving phlegm and clearing away heat were all appearing i-n the high frequency drugs of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and atheroscleroti-c ischemic stoke.The four Qi are mainly warm,cold and flat_The five flavors are b-itter,sweet,and symplectic.The main way to return to the meridian is to return to the liver,spleen and heart.2High frequency Chinese medicine combination:The common point in treating coro-nary atherosclerotic heart disease and atherosclerotic ischemic stoke is that the efficac-y of high frequency Chinese medicine comlbination of both of them is mainly to carr-y out qi and promote blood circulation,and also to dissipate phlegm,clear heat and tonify deficiency.The difference is that the combination of highfrequency Chinese me-dicine for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease exacerbates the use of salvia miltiorrh iza,which has a soothing effect.Treatment of atherosclerotic ischemic stoke high freq-uency Chinese
