Study On The Law Of Medical Drugs In Atherosclerotic Diseases Of Heart, Brain And Lower Extremities

Objectives:Based on the clinical research literatures studies of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD),atherosclerotic ischemic stoke,lower extremity atherosclerosis(LEAD),we can learn from different research ideas from multiple angles on the law of atherosclerosis including both of differences and similarities to provide literature basis and reference.Methods:Through the method of combining the computer retrieval and manual retrieval,select China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),a database of ten years in 2006-2015 of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and atherosclerosis ischemic stoke as well as lower extremity atherosclerosis disease of syndrome study of relevant literature,using strict literature in inclusion and exclusion standard screening to meet the requirements.With the introduction of the level of evidence system of TCM clinical literature quality,literature can be divided into four types,and regulate the name of the drug and their classification.Then use Excel to establish database and SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,counting medicine frequency,cluster analysis,and finally combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory to discuss the results and get conclusions.Results:1.After screening,there are 516 references in medicinal broth of TCM in accordancewith the standard treatment of CHD,through literature quality evaluation,finally get the syndrome differentiation of literature(class ?)330 references,the non-strict treatment basedon syndrome differentiation of literature(class ?)186 references,which include type la with 291 references,?b with 39 references,type II a with 178 references,?b with 8 references.A total of 23870 patients,232 Chinese herbal medicine,calculated to determine the total frequency of core drugs 7708 times and a total of 77 core drugs.Evaluate the quality of 511 references about the treatment of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease by medicinal broth of TCM,finally get the Syndrome differentiation of literature(class I)206 references,the non-strict treatment based on syndrome differentiation of literature(class II)305 references,which include type la with 183 references,?b with 23 references,type Ila with 269 references,?b with 36 references.A total of 31323 patients,237 Chinese herbal medicine,calculated to determine the total frequency of core drugs 7942 times and a total of 85 core drugs.Evaluate the quality of 186 references about the treatment of LEAD by medicinal broth of TCM,finally get the Syndrome differentiation of literature(class ?)65 references,the non-strict treatment based on syndrome differentiation of literature(class?)121 references,which include type la with 38 references,?b with 27 references,type II a with 91 references,?b with 30 references.A total of 10959 patients,174 Chinese herbal medicine,calculated to determine the total frequency of core drugs 2540 times,and a total of 79 core drugs.2.Comparison of core drugs:38 herbs which are belong to promte circulation to remove blood stasis(31.58%),tonifying(28.95%),clearing away heat and toxic materials(13.16%),disperse phlegm(10.53%)share high-frequency core drugs among CHD,stoke,and LEAD.After test of chi-square,finding astragalus,ligusticum wallichii,liquorice,atractylodes,white paeony root,Rehmannia Glutinosa and Fallopia multiflora no obvious difference(P<0.05).After a further drugs comparison for each other among the three diseases,finally find that the frequency of drug use of salvia miltiorrhiza,liquorice,cassia twig,dangshen,poria cocos,radix rehmanniae,hawthorn,notoginseng,pinellia,dried tangerine or orange peel,dwarf lilyturf,ginseng,radix puerariae,acid-insoluble ash,turmeric,rhizoma coptidis are higher for CHD than other two;lumbricus,safflower,peach kernel,leeches,oysters,rhubarb,cortex moutan,rhizoma alismatis,radix scutellariae,cortex eucommia are higher in Atherosclerosis ischemic stoke;angelica,achyranthes,earthworm,liquorice,caulis spatholobi,leeches,cassia twig,aconite,radix scrophulariae,codonopsis,rhizoma alismatis,cortex moutan are higher in LEAD.In spite of clustering compatibility of the law,drugs of three diseases have similarities tonifying qi and activating blood,invigorating spleen to remove phlem and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs.Group of yiqi huoxue are based on "taohaosiwu" prescriptions and add to astragalus,codonopsis pilosula.Group of invigorating spleen to remove phlem is not composed by the party,but drug groups are poria cocos,atractylodes.Group of"huayutongluo" is mainly about to leech and a variety of the application of insect drugs.By statistical calculation,It is no difference in properties,tastes and the meridian entries among CHD,LEAD and atherosclerosis ischemic stoke(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.There is a growing trend on the whole in terms of amounts of literature research in TCM treatment of CHD,stoke,and LEAD.This suggests that atherosclerosis research of traditional Chinese medicine becomes more and more significant but is still scattered in the research on the disease treatment parts.Qualities of literatures are variable and CHD is relatively higher quality literature compared to the other two.2.As far as common used herbs,the similarities of drugs of CHD,atherosclerosis ischemic stoke and LEAD can tonify deficiency centralizer,promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis of which tonifying qi drugs use most,invigorate the spleen and dispelling turbid,clear away heat and toxic materials,activating blood drug is widely used in the diseases.There is no obvious difference in Astragalus,ligusticum wallichii,liquorice,Atractylodes,white paeony root,Rehmannia Glutinosa and Fallopia multiflora.After a further comparison for each other among the three diseases,finally find that the frequency of drug use are higher for CHD than other two in Salvia miltiorrhiza,cassia twig,poria cocos,pinellia,dried tangerine or orange peel,acid-insoluble ash,turmeric etc.Earthworm,safflower,peach kernel,leeches,rhubarb are higher in Atherosclerosis ischemic stoke;Twotooth achyranthes root,earthworm,caulis spatholobi,leeches,cassia twig,aconite,radix scrophulariae are higher in LEAD.The drug properties is mainly cool,warm and mild nature,the flavor is primarily bitter,sweet and acrid,the meridian tropism is mainly about liver,spleen,heart.3.As far as clustering analysis,three kinds of drug combinations are tonifying qi and remove blood stasis,activating invigorating spleen to reduce phlegm,disperse blood stasis and dredge collateral.If patiens' syndromes are "qixuxueyu",group of tonifying qi and remove blood stasis can be chosen,which are based on "taohongsiwu" prescriptions and add to astragalus,codonopsis pilosula.If patiens' syndromes are "tanshineizu",group of activating invigorating spleen to reduce phlegm can be chosen,which is not composed by the party,but drug groups are poria cocos,atractylodes.If patiens' syndromes are"tanyuzuluo",group of disperse blood stasis and dredge collateral can be chosen,which is mainly about to leech and a variety of the application of insect drugs.Clustering ways embody the formula drug laws.4.This article studied medication rule from various angles.The frequency analysis focused on single frequency usage of herbs,providing certain theory reference for clinics;Clustering analysis focused on exploring laws between medicines to find new prescription for clinical hebal uses and bring some new ideas to some extent.
