Research Of Clinical Correlation Between Serum Adiponection And Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

Objective : To evaluate the relationship between serum levels of adiponectin (APN)and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) and the severity of coronary lesions.Methods: By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), serum levels of APN were measured in the sera from 21 patients with AMI , 31 patients with UAP, 13 patients with SAP and 21 subjects without CHD as controls .All of the patients were underwent coronary angiography (CAG). The patients performed CAG with CHD were divided into three groups according to the severity of coronary artery stenosis: minor group (n =9); moderate group (n =9) and severe group (n =47). According to the Gensini score of artery stenosis, The patients were divided into three groups: groupâ… ( n=10), groupâ…¡( n=14), groupâ…¢(n=41); According to the number of stenosis coronary artery, the patients with CHD were divided into three groups: single ramus group (n =17), double ramus group (n =21), multitude ramus group (n =27). Gensini score of artery stenosis ,BMI,and the serum levels of APN,Glu,Cho,Tg and Hdl were compared with 21 controls respectively.Results:1.Significant decrease in the concentrations of APN were found in the serum from CHD relative to those controls (P <0.01).2.Significant decrease in the concentrations of APN were found in the serum from patients with SAP, UAP and AMI relative to those controls (P <0.01),but no correlation between SAP, UAP and AMI .3.Serum levels of APN were lower in the severe , moderate and minor groups than those in the control group (P <0.01). Serum levels of APN were lower in the severe , moderate groups than those in the minor group(P <0.01). 4.Serum levels of APN were lower in the groupâ… , groupâ…¡and groupâ…¢than those in the control group(P <0.01). Serum levels of APN were lower in groupâ…¡and groupâ…¢than those in the groupâ… (P <0.05-0.01),and groupâ…¢were also lower than that in groupâ…¡(P <0.01).5. Double ramus group and multitude ramus group were lower than single ramus group and control group in Serum levels of APN (P <0.01). The level of APN in single ramus group was lower than that in control group (P <0.01). The levels of APN in multitude ramus group were lower than those in double ramus group(P <0.05) 6.Moreover, We found a significant and negative correlation between gensini score of artery stenosis and BMI with APN(r=0.452,0.630 P=0.000 0.000)Conclusions: Low levels of APN were significantly correlated with CHD.There were obviously correlations in the level of plasma APN with severity of coronary artery stenosis.
