Research one Professor Lin Huijuan treats the coronary heart disease stable type angina pectoris medication rule researchObjective: To summarize the prescription of professor Lin huijuan for stable angina pectoris,and to provide reference for inheriting and learning the academic experience of famous TCM doctors.Methods: A total of 150 cases of stable angina pectoris diagnosed by professor Lin huijuan from September 2016 to December 2018 were selected and their data were recorded into the "TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)".Information statistics,symptom statistical analysis,prescription statistical analysis and clustering were conducted on the symptoms and prescriptions of the patients for summary and discussion.Results: Lin Huijuan,a professor at the treatment of 150 patients with stable angina pectoris patients using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)135,astragalus membranaceus applied frequency is highest,medication is given priority to with warm,umami drugs,to make up for virtual medicine for single herbs from renal differentiation with epimedium,etc.,based on associationrules analysis,frequency of 40 times or medicine to 52 group,treated from renal medicine with astragalus-epimedium,etc.,based on the complex entropy clustering analysis,finally got eight New Zealand drug combinations.Conclusion: Through data mining,the prescription medication rules of professor Lin huijuan in the treatment of stable angina pectoris and the medication characteristics based on kidney were obtained,providing a new idea and method for clinical syndrome differentiation and diagnosis and treatment.Research two Study on the prescription law of treating stable angina pectoris from kidney by modern doctorsObjective: To study the rule of prescription prescription of treating stable angina pectoris from kidney by modern doctors,in order to provide better guidance and reference for future clinical work.Methods: The CNKI,CBM and wanfang databases were searched,and the literatures on the treatment of stable angina pectoris from the kidney since the database was established to November 30,2018.The prescriptions that met the standards were selected.The formula database was established by using the software of "traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform",and the prescription prescription law was mined.Results: A total of 84 prescriptions of stable angina pectoris treated from kidney were selected from various databases,114 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used.The most frequently used drug was cornus officinalis,followed by cooked rehmannia and epimedium.A total of 43 groups were used in the drug model with frequency greater than 25 times,including cooked rehmannia officinalis and cornus officinalis.Based on the complex entropy cluster analysis,8 groups of drug combinations of xinfang were deduced.Conclusion: Through data mining,we can obtain the medication rules of modern and contemporary doctors treating stable angina pectoris from kidney,which can better guide clinical work.
