| Overview:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a common chronic liver disease,and it is gradually considered to be the expression of metabolic syndrome(MetS)in liver.With the improvement of people’s living environment,the incidence rate is gradually increasing.It is estimated that the incidence of NAFLD worldwide has reached 25.24%with regional and ethnic differences,which confirmed through imaging studies.In China,NAFLD has now replaced chronic hepatitis B,becoming the first major chronic liver disease.Western medicine describes the pathogenesis of NAFLD as insulin resistance,oxidative stress,genetic factors,and so on.But at present,there is still no unified conclusion.At present,the first-line treatment currently recommended by Western Medicine Guide is still lifestyle intervention.Insulin sensitizer,vitamin E,statin drugs,mitochondrial function drugs may be used to treat NAFLD.However,there is no recommended drugs for the treatment of all patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.With the deepening of the understanding of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in traditional Chinese medicine,the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in traditional Chinese medicine is also constantly developing.Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical observation,it is proposed that Qingyang non-rising is one of the important pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.With the analysis of clinical cases,we will explain the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by Qingyang not rising,in order to promote the development of Chinese medicine in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Research purposes:By analyzing the clinical features of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and Traditional Chinese Medicine literature,the connotation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with Qingyang not rising was explored.This study collect cases of outpatient treatment with Chinese medicine to treat non-alcoholic patients with Qingyang not ascending pathogenesis.Combined with the Case Report,the pathogenesis of Qingyang not rising is clinically verified and evaluated.Research Methods:For 35 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease diagnosed with Qingyang non-invasive pathogenesis,the main symptoms such as dizziness,fatigue,and loose stools were observed.All the patients were given Yiqi smart decoction half hour after three meals,each time for 200ml.Patients are asked to have a light diet,fresh and non-irritating vegetables and fruits,and to maintain a sense of well-being and moderate physical activity.Take the decoction continuously for 4 weeks.Fill out the observation table of the time before treatment,1 week of treatment,2 weeks of treatment,and 4 weeks of treatment.Observe the treatment effect by symptom scores.Research results:Symptoms of the top 5 symptoms are followed by the head fainting,Shenpi fatigue,loose stools,palm fever and impatience,which is consistent with the clinical manifestations of Qingyang not rising pathogenesis.The symdrome effective rates of treatment for 1 week.2 weeks,and 4 weeks were different.Among them,the highest effective rate was 74.29%for 4 weeks,followed by 54.29%for 2 weeks,and 17.14%for 1 week.There was a significant difference between 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment compared with 1 week of treatment.After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate was 90.00%for head fainting,89.66%for Shenpi fatigue,and 52.00%for loose stools.Efficiency remains stable for continuous treatment.Conclusion:1.Qingyang not rising is an important pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.2.Through the grasp of the pathogenesis,examination and treatment of the machine,the use of Yiqi Congming decoction as the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease clearing Yang Pathogenesis is good.3.The effective rate of the syndrome for 4 weeks of treatment was 74:29%.The fainting of the head,Shenpi fatigue and loose stools can be significantly improved after short-term treatment. |
