Clinical Research On Treatment Of Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With Qing Zhi Ke Li

Objective: To investigate the Qing Zhi Ke Li treatment of AFL clinical efficacy.Methods: The protocol for this study including60Patients With alcoholic Fatty LiverWas employed, which was accorded to the income standard. The patients were randomlydivided into treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases). The patients tookQing Zhi Ke Li granule in the treatment group. For the control group use in treatment ofCompound Methionine and Chorine Bitartrate Tablets treatment. Four weeks is a periodof treatment, To investigate mostly clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results: The total efficiency in clinic is80%, The total efficiency of the treatmentgroup is86.7%, The total efficiency of the control group is73.3%., the total efficiency ofthe two groups, the difference was significant (p＜0.05). Two groups were not foundobvious adverse reaction during treatment.Conclusion: Qing Zhi Ke Li treatment of alcoholic fatty liver had better efficacy, andsuperior Compound Methionine and Chorine Bitartrate Tablets treatment, can significantlyimprove the condition of the person who has the disease of AFLD.
