Treatment of 55 patients, aged 33 to 60 years, mean (47.4±9.6) years of age, drinking 5 to 20 years, the average (8.3±2.8) years; combined hyperlipidemia 40,39 alcoholic cirrhosis, alcoholic fatty liver 32,55 alcoholic hepatitis. Control group,55 patients, aged 38 to 60 years, mean (48.3±9.7) years of age, drinking 5 to 20 years, the average (7.9±2.5) years; combined hyperlipidemia 42,39 alcoholic cirrhosis, alcoholic fatty liver 41,48 alcoholic hepatitis. Two groups in age, disease duration, body mass index [BMI= weight (kg)/height (m2)], and complications such information through statistical analysis, no significant difference between the groups (P>0.05), data comparable. Before and after treatment were observed in patients with symptoms and signs, liver function, blood lipid, liver fibrosis, abdominal ultrasound, etc. to improve the situation. Observed a total of two courses, a course of a month. After observation, statistical analysis of the data, count data were compared withχ2 tests to rate or form than that; measurement data were compared with t test, with a mean±standard deviation (x±s) indicated. To P<0.05 as statistically significant.Results:1. Through the integrated syndrome before and after treatment scores were observed, analysis of Chinese medicine syndromes in each group, results showed that:The total effective rate in treatment group 92.7% (51/55), significantly higher than the control group the total effective rate 47.3% (26/55).2. Improvement in individual symptoms, the treatment group on the hypochondriac pain, abdominal distension, anorexia three main symptoms were significantly better than the control group (P<0.01), constipation, loose stools, tongue two minor symptoms The improvement is also much better than the control group, (P<0.05), on the chest epigastric ruffian nausea, dry mouth, mouth pain, belching noisy pantothenic acid than the control group also improved (P<0.05). 3. Liver function improvement in both groups improved, but the effect of the treatment group than in the control group more obvious, especially to improve the aspects of total bilirubin and direct bilirubin is better than the control group.4. Improvement in blood lipids, treatment significantly decreased TC, TG, LDL, raise HDL; while the control group, only TC before treatment improved.5. Serum fibrosis markers in improving the treatment group compared with the index before treatment were significantly decreased in the control group, only PCⅢand HA decreased than that before treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group there were significant differences.6. Improvements in ultrasound imaging, with mild fatty liver in both groups a significant improvement in function, and the treatment group improved more significantly; treatment group on the moderate improvement in the role of fatty liver; two groups with severe fatty liver were not improved effect. Conclusion:Yin Qin Qing Gan Decoction combined with Tiopronin treatment of alcoholic liver disease comprehensive therapeutic effect in improving and improving the clinical symptoms of patients was better than oral so tiopronin with good treatment outcomes; it improve clinical symptoms in the same time also improve liver function, blood lipids, and other laboratory markers of liver fibrosis, liver ultrasonography for patients also reported improvement in form. Through a variety of ways to protect the liver, the treatment is good security, no adverse reactions, worthy of further research and development and clinical application.
