Objective:Professor Zhiqiang Guo is a famous teacher of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the capital city.He has been practicing clinical practice for dozens of years and established the sequential treatment of menstrual diseases with traditional Chinese medicine. This study is based on basic pathogenesis characteristics of patients with hypomenorrhea in the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, give play to the characteristics of treatment by stages, adopt self-made yangxuetiaojing decoction, yubao decoction and lianggu decoction respectively applied to menstruation period. We aimed to evaluate the effect and safety of Zhiqiang Guo's sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine through the observation of therapeutic effect and the related indexes in patients with changes in order to discuss professor Guo's drug laws and provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods:A total of 68 hypomenorrhea patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were collected in the outpatient department and 6 of them fell off.All the 62 patients were treated with professor Zhiqiang Guo's sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. One menstrual cycle was a course of treatment, and a total of 3 courses of treatment were performed.Changes were observed before and after treatment of patients with TCM syndrome integral, the quantity, endometrial thickness, the change of sex hormone level and uterine spiral artery blood flow parameters and drug adverse reactions.SPSS 26.0 were used to conduct the statistics.p value less than 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.Comprehensive treatment results:a total of 62 patients were observed clinically, among which 13 recovered after treatment,34 showed significant effect,13 were effective, and 2 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.77%,with significant clinical effect.2.Comparison of TCM syndromes scores:there was a height difference in TCM syndromes scores before and after treatment(p<0.01),and a height difference in individual syndromes(p<0.01),indicating that clinical symptoms improved significantly;3.Comparison of menstrual volume:the scores of menstrual blood loss before and after treatment were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),indicating that menstrual volume increased after treatment;4.Comparison of sex hormones:after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in the serum E2 value on the third day of menstruation(p<0.01),while there was no significant difference in the residual hormones including FSH,LH,PRL,P,T(p>0.05),indicating that the estrogen level of the patients increased after treatment, while FSH,LH,PRL,P,T and other hormones did not change.5.Comparison of endometrial thickness:endometrial thickness after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),indicating that the treatment could increase endometrial thickness in patients.6.Comparison of blood flow parameters of uterine spiral artery:compared with PI and RI before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).indicating that the treatment could improve blood flow of patients with uterine spiral artery;7.Analysis of clinical efficacy and related factors:Compared with age,?2=2.733,no statistical significance(p>0.05),indicating no correlation between efficacy and age;Compared with the course of the disease,?2=13.971,which was of statistical significance(p<0.05),indicating that the effect was correlated with the course of the disease. The shorter the course of the disease is,the better the treatment effect can achieved;the longer the course of the disease is,the worse the treatment effect can achieved;Compared with the number of pregnancy,?2=19.19,no statistical significance(p>0.05),indicating no correlation between efficacy and the number of pregnancy;Compared with the number of uterine cavity operation,x 2=35.84,which was of statistical significance(p<0.05),indicating that the effect was correlated with the number of uterine cavity operation,The fewer the number of uterine cavity operation is,the better the treatment effect can achieved;the more frequently the uterine cavity operation is,the worse the treatment effect can achieved.8.Safety and adverse reactions:During the course of medication,1 patient showed loose stools, but the symptoms disappeared after adjusting the medication. No patients were forced to stop the medication in the course of medication, and no allergic reactions or adverse reactions were found in the remaining patients. Conclusion:Zhiqiang Guo's sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with hypomenorrhea in the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type has a significant effect. It can effectively improve the menstrual volume and the symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in patients.improve the level of estrogen, promote the growth of endometrium, and at the same time, improve blood circulation, increase uterine artery blood supply, reduce the blood flow resistance,It is one of the effective methods to treat patients with hypomenorrhea in the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type with high safety and no adverse reactions.
