Decreased ovarian reserve(DOR)is a disease with complex etiology, unclear pathogenesis, diverse clinical manifestations and incurable in gynecological clinics.Affected by factors such as society, environment, and life style, the age of onset of DOR is getting younger. It can not only affects fertility and also affects mental health and family life quality.Until current,in CNKI,Pub Med and other databases,it is found that the literature data on DOR is significantly climbed. The study of DOR is significantly increased, and people attach great importance to it.ObjectiveThrough the evaluation and statistical analysis of clinical research literature, the rules of syndrome differentiation and drug use are summarized, and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DOR is evaluated, providing evidence-based medical evidence for the treatment of DOR by traditional Chinese medicine, and providing scientific basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsThe computer was searched in those article published on CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu databases from January 2010 to December 2020.These are Chinese domestic clinical research documents related to DOR.The search terms are"diminished ovarian reserve","decreased ovarian reserves","ovarian reaction reduction","insufficient ovarian reserves","decreased ovarian response","low ovarian response","DOR","traditional Chinese medicine","Chinese medicine","Tang","Chinese patent medicine","decoction",according to the established selection and exclusion criteria, screen out eligible documents, and use the deviation risk assessment tool provided by the Cochrane Collaboration to evaluate.Include the quality of the research literature, use Revamn5.3software to analyze the data, and input the data into Excel software to classify syndrome differentiation and treatment and medication rules.ResultA total of 31 articles were included in this study, and the risk assessment of literature deviation indicated that the quality of the literature was not high. There are 2182 DOR patients, including 1100 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 1082patients in the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages over western medicine in improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes and the total clinical effectiveness, improving TCM syndrome integration, reducing adverse reactions, improving hormone levels(lowering FSH,increasing AMH),and increasing AFC values.Compared with western medicine,it has obvious advantages in improving FSH.In terms of FSH/LH and E2levels,data analysis shows that the results are unstable, and further research is needed.Considering that the included literature studies have certain publication offsets and errors.TCM syndromes are mainly based on kidney deficiency, combined with stagnation of the liver, blood stasis, phlegm dampness, etc.Commonly used Chinese medicinesareAngelicaeSinensisRadix,CuscutaeSemen,Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Paeoniae Radix Alba, lycii Fructus,Corni Fructus,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Dipsaci Radix and other tonic, blood circulation and blood stasis medicine.Conclusion1.The clinical research literature of traditional Chinese medicine shows that the treatment of DOR with traditional Chinese medicine has obvious clinical efficacy, few side effects and high safety.2.DOR’s TCM syndrome differentiation is mainly based on kidney deficiency, and the proportion of liver depression is the largest. The main treatment is Bushen Shugan method.Commonly used tonic. The quality of the RCT trials included in this study is low,and the results of this study need to be verified by a more standardized and high-quality study with a large sample size to improve its scientific nature.
