Objective:Changes in type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy symptoms and si gns were observed before and after treatment,to observe that the TCM syndromes and Toronto score,serum NSE and EMG monitoring results,evaluation mechanism of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Provide more targeted guidance for clinical treatment,and provide refe rence for the best clinical pathway of TCM Intervention in type 2 diabetes.Methods:The screening of 60 DPN patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndr ome were randomized,single blind method divided into experiment group and cont rol group with 30 cases in each group,in diabetes education,insulin to control bloo d glucose on the basis of test group using the traditional Chinese medicine granules intervention,the control group of Western medicine Mecobalamin Tablets.After 12 weeks of clinical treatment,the data of TCM syndrome score,Toronto score,FB G,2 hPBG,HbA1c,NSE,motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of all samp les were collected and analyzed statistically.Results:1 the effect of TCM syndromes:after statistical analysis,the two groups were c ompared before and after treatment,and the scores of syndromes decreased betwee n the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2 The effect of 2 on the score of TCSS nerve system:after treatment,the total s core of the two groups was lower than that of the beginning of the two groups(P<0.01).But there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).3 the effect of glucose metabolism:The effect on glucose metabolism:there wa s no significant difference between the two groups of FBG,2hPBG and HbAlc(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that the two groups of blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin we re controlled within the range of the whole test,and the effects of blood glucose fl uctuation on the results were also excluded,so that the results were comparable bef ore and after the treatment.4 the influence of serum NSE index:after treatment,the NSE content in the two groups was significantly lower than before,the difference was statistically signific ant(P<0.01),and the NSE in the treatment group decreased more significantly(co mpared between the groups(P<0.05).5 analysis of nerve conduction velocity:there was a significant difference in se nsory conduction velocity(SCV)and motor conduction velocity(NCV)between th e treatment group and the control group,and the curative effect in the treatment gr oup was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).6 total effective analysis:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%,the total effective rate of the control group was 74.1%,and the difference betw een the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:application of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation to treat diabeti c peripheral neuropathy of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,can significantl y reduce the TCM syndrome score and TCSS nervous system integration,so that hi gh glucose levels decreased;reduce serum NSE value,improve the median nerve a nd common peroneal nerve motor and sensory conduction velocity,delay the progr ess of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
