| Objective:Observe the time-effect relationship of the therapy of electro-acupuncture(EA)deeply acupuncture the "Five Points for LDH" to treate lumbar disc herniation and the improvement of pain level and specific lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation,so as to optimize the course of the therapy.Methods:Use the therapy of EA deeply acupuncture the "Five Points for LDH"(BL25,BL26 and Jiaji points of L4,L5,S1)to treate patients with lumbar disc herniation.1 day 1 time,1 time 25 minutes,for 5 days in a row,after 2 days of rest,10 times for 1 course.Observe the VAS scores before and after each treatment and the JOA scores before the first treatment and after the last treatment.Results:47 patients with lumbar disc herniation were included,2 of them were shedding after 3 times of treatment,1 case was cured after 6 times of treatment and did not receive the next four treatments.After analyses of the data,the results are as follows:1.Comparison of VAS scores before and after each teatment Before and after the first treatment,z=-5.95,p=0.00.The results are statistically different.Before and after the second treatment,z=-6.19,p= 0.00,the results are statistically signifycant.Use the same method to analyze the remaining 8 times.VAS scores before and after each treatment are statistically significant;2.VAS scores comparison before the first treatment and after the last treatment,z=-5.94,p = 0.00,the results are statistically significant;3.Use the Nemenyi test in non-parametric tests to randomly compare VAS scores after each treatment.There are no differences between the 5th,6th,7th,8th 9th and 10th after the treatmentUse the same method to analyze VAS scores before each treatment.There are no differences before the 5th treatment and before the 6th,7th,8th,9th,and 10th treatment.4.The JOA scores before the first treatment and after the last treatment are compared.z=-5.79,p=0.00.The results are statistically significant;5.The scores of the items in the JOA scale are compared before the first treatment and after the last treatment,and the low back pain(z=-5.64,p=0.0),leg pain(z=-5.65,p=0.0),gait(z=-4.13,p=0.0),straight leg raising test(z=-4.07,p=0.0),recumbent and turn over(z=-4.35,p=0.0),standing(z=-4.35,p=0.0),washing(z=-4.12,p=0.0),forward bending(z=-4.23,p=0.0),sitting(z =-4.18,p=0.0)are statistically significant.When come to sensory impairment(z=-1.73,p=0.08),dyskinesia(z=-1.73,p=0.08),weight lifting(z=-1.73,p=0.08)and walking(z=-1.89,p=0.06),there are no statistical differences.5.The average analgesic rate before the first treatment and after the last treatment is 0.55±0.20.The JOA improvement rate is 0.42±0.20.The total effective rate is 91.49%.Conclusions:1.Electro-acupuncture deeply acupuncture the "Five Points for LDH" treatment of lumbar disc herniation has obvious immediate analgesic effect and cumulative analgesic effect.2.Using electro-acupuncture deeply acupuncture the "Five Points for LDH" to treate lumbar disc herniation,the analgesic effect changes with the number of times of acupuncture.The overall rule is the first effect-dimininishing effect-platform effect-cumulative effect.3.Using electro-acupuncture deeply acupuncture the "Five Points for LDH" to treate lumbar disc herniation,after the fifth treatment,its acupuncture analgesic effect enters the stage of platform,so it is suitable to be set up for 5-6 times.4.Electro-acupuncture deeply acupuncture the "Five Points for LDH" treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve the patients' lumbar function,mainly in the performance of low back pain,leg pain,gait,straight leg raising,recumbent and turn over,washing,forward bending,sitting and standing. |
