The Literature On The Naming Connotation And Efficacy Of The Acupuncture And Moxibustion

Objective:Confucius is one of the specific points,with its contact surface,communication inside and outside,has been valued by medical experts since ancient times."A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion" was the first monograph of acupuncture and moxibustion,and it contained a complete record of the content of the acupuncture points.Although the clinical application of the confucius is extensive,there has been a lack of systematic literature review and summary of the cavernous connotation and clinical efficacy of the acupuncture points.This article is based on the "three acupunctures of the Yellow Emperor" collected by the static Jing Jia Tang library in Japan.Through the exploration and interpretation of the proper names,aliases,and related articles,the ancient and modern differences in the efficacy of acupoints were compared,and the similarities and differences in the connotation and efficacy of acupoints were summarized.This will explore a new research path for the exploration of specific acupoints and intensions.Significance:As Yang Jizhou said:"If you do not trace the source,you have no intention of legitimizing the legislation of the ancients.If you don't follow the flow,why do you know the disadvantages of the reform of the later world?" The naming point of the acupoint contains both medical significance and traditional Chinese tradition.Part of the culture,which involves astronomy,geography,meridians,anatomy,indicia and so on.Correct understanding of the names of acupoints in acupoints,the use of aliases for acupoints,and comparisons with current clinical applications have greatly helped medical practitioners in distinguishing points from attributes and understanding functions.Methods:This study was based on the best version of "A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion",combined with the relevant documents such as "Huang Di Neijing Mingtang"and "Huiyuan Acupuncture Science" and other related documents,and referred to CNKI and"Million Database,"VIP database" in the relevant research points on the network.the use of literature research,literature comparison and other methods of cave acupuncture point connotation,clinical efficacy of mining.(1)Document verification method.1 Through the"A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion" described by the name of the acupoints,Alias were textual content of the excavation of the text,the text of the name of the text of the connotation of the actual excavation and summary.2 Taking "A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion" as the blueprint for the study,a comprehensive review,collection,and sorting of ancient Chinese books such as "Huang Di Neijing Mingtang" and "Huiyuan Acupuncture Science",using source literature as far as possible,combing the definition of the name and alias of confucius.and analyzing and collating them.Make a preliminary understanding of it.(2)Comparative research method.Through the search of "CNKI","Vanfang Database”and"VIP Database".the relevant clinical documents on the site were collected and compared with the clinical indications of the "A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion" in the network points.In particular.this study compares,classifies,and collates the teaching of the acupoint furnction recorded in "The Three Acupunctures of the Yellow Emperor" and the commonly used "Meridians and Acupoints" textbook system in China to explicate the intension and characteristics of the inscription of acupuncture points.Results:Results:This study systematically studied the 16 points from the names,aliases.and clinical efficacy.The following five points can be drawn:(1)"A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion" is the earliest written book that fully describes the name and location of the acupuncture points.It is nmore conmprehensive than the 15 acupuncture points mentioned in "Meridians and Acupoints",and the Renmai Peritoneal Point is increased.The acupuncture was first seen in "A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion".(2)From the textual research of the original name of the confucius.it is found that the most confucius has been enriched and expanded.First,more visualized to clarify the characteristics of confucius.Such as:SP4 when taking acupuncture points,the body is justified,sitting as expensive as Wang Sun.The posture of the SI7 the characteristics of the elbow's positive arm.Second,More clearly shows the regularity of blood flow in the confucius.Such as:ST40 for the full abundance of blood running.The LR5 is located at the bottom of the SP7.and is a small branch of the SP7.Third,more accurate response and guidance of clinical application of the confucius.Such as:BL58 can Yang step seems to fly,GB37 can make the eyes return to light.16 confucius in the name of the connotation,LU7,LI6,ST40,KI4,SJ5,LR5,DU1,RN15,RN1 has a name based on its location.LI6,SP4,BL58,KI4,PC6,SJ5,GB37,SP21,RN15 the connotation of the name of the 9 points indicates the function of the hole.HT5,SI7,BL58,PC6,SJ5,DUl,the names of the 6 points are closely related to the circulation of meridians.The LU7 at the same time can also be related to the transmission of acupuncture sensation.The LI6 is related to the nomenclature of the LU7 in the meridian points of the table and the meridians.(3)According to the textual research on the alias of the confucius,it was found that the"A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion" recorded the aliases of 4 points in the BL58,DUI,RN15,RN1.and found that the BL58 was aliased from the position and blood characteristics.The aspect is rich in the naming connotation of the BL58,DU1,RN15,RN1.detailed the naming connotation of the 3 points.(4)Digging from the clinical efficacy of the confucius can be found in the scope of the ancient and modern points of the confucius has changed.The first,the clinical functions of most of the confucius have not yet been fully demonstrated.Some of the relevant clinical indications have not been understood and applied by the contemporaiy medical practitioners.The connotation of some acupoints has gradually faded or disappeared in historical evolution.Such as "A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion" recorded in the LU7 can treat emotional diseases,KI4 can treat lung diseases,however,no relevant modern clinical literature has been retrieved.Secondly,the study found that contemporary doctors have rich and deep researches on the clinical efficacy of ST40.HT5,SJ5.RN15,and they are richer and more developed than those recorded in "A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion".Conclusion:Through the textual research on the name of the confucius,it is found that the excavation of the naming and connotation is the basis of acupoint research.The mining of the abbreviation of an apothecary point is an important way to emrich the research content of the acupuncture point,and the mining of clinical efficacy is of positive significance to guide the study.(1)By summarizing cardinal points and aliases from the summary points,the content of Luocuo points was further enriched,making the acupoints of the Luocuo points more systematic and full.(2)Through the comparative study of the clinical efficacy of the confucius,we found that the efficacy of the confucius was changed in two different directions.On the one hand,the contemporary research expanded the efficacy of the confucius;another aspect can also be found.Acupuncture Part of the effects recorded in the "A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion”have gradually faded and disappeared in the contemporary era,and we need to draw our attention and actively use them.(3)This study provides an effective,systematic and standardized literature research approach for the exploration of the cavernous connotation and function indications of specific caverns.
