Objective:Mixed hemorrhoids are common and frequently-occurring disease, and there is visible blood in the stool, prolapse, anal fall, anal discomfort, foreign body sensation of anal and other symptoms in clinical.Mixed hemorrhoids affect the quality of life of patients seriously. There are many treatments but surgery can cure it completely.Surgical treatment has a variety of ways, whose effect is more satisfactory. And postoperative complications are the main problem of clinical research, such as anal pain, edema, infection, anal stenosis, among which anal pain is the most common. In order to decrease pain after the surgery of the mixed hemorrhoids, modern medicine use opioid and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to decrease inflammation and pain, but morphine drugs have the prodigious side effects damaging the body. Now applied mixed hemorrhoids postoperative analgesic programs concentrate on the anorectal surgical site while lack remote administration applications. Therefore, the thesis puts forward the method of acupoint sticking therapy in treating mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain to further deepen the understanding of acupoint sticking therapy in postoperative analgesia of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:This trial is a randomized controlled study, which will divide patients of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the treatment group are treated with conventional postoperative therapy and acupoint sticking therapy. And acupoint sticking therapy chooses some particular traditional Chinese medicine including Pinellia,Corydalis,Frankincense,Myrrh and Cinnamon, and sticks at Chengshan point,Waist shu point, intestine shu point and Yongquan point. The patients are treated with acupoint sticking treatment after 12 hours surgery.Apart from that, the patients are required to stick it once a day with 12 hours. Then, the points posted can be removed and the treatment spot can be cleaned. The total course of treatment is 7 days. The patients in the control group are treated only with conventional postoperative therapy. At the first stage of treatment, the patients in the treatment group will be treated with conventional postoperative therapy and acupoint sticking therapy after 12-hour surgery while the patients in the control group with conventional postoperative therapy. Both the patients in the treatment group and the control group will receive the testing of the sensation of pain on the 0th day(6th to 12th hours after surgery),the first day,the second day,the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day by doing comparison work. The visual analog scale(VAS)and the doctor's assessment of pain will be completed. The number, dosage and frequency of acetaminophen diphtheria tablets and the presence or absence of other analgesics and injections will be recorded in both groups. At the end of treatment,SPSS 20.0 will be used for statistical analysis of the data to evaluate the efficacy of acupoint sticking therapy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain to provide a better clinical reference for mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain relief. Results:The study includes 90 patients who were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,of which 45 cases are in the treatment group with 17 cases of male, accounting for 41.5%and with 28 cases of female, accounting for 57.1%,aged from 26 to 70 years. And its average age was 48.80112.64 years with duration from 0.01 to 30 years and its average duration of disease is 6.94±7.55 years. And the control group covers 45 cases,of which 24 cases are males, accounting for 58.5%while 21 cases are females, accounting for 42.9%,both aged from 23 to 70 years. Its average age is 43.24±14.05 years, with duration from 0.01 to 30 years and its average duration is 4.61 ±6.70 years. There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age and duration of disease(P>0.05)after statistical analysis,so two sets of data were comparable.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores of two groups were comparable. There was no difference(P>0.05)in the visual analog scale(VAS)scores between the two groups after the 6th to 12th hours surgery(0th day after surgery)that meant two sets of data were comparable. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)on the first day,the second day,the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day after operation. The pain score of the treatment group(x±s)was lower than that of the control group that meant the efficacy of the treatment group significantly better than the control group. The doctor determined the grading of pain of two groups were comparable. There was no difference(P>0.05)in the grading of pain between the two groups after the 6th to 12th hours surgery(0th day after surgery)that meant two sets of data were comparable. The first day,the second day,the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day after operation were significantly different(P<0.05).The date of two groups according to the doctor's judgment of pain degree were compared. The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Then, evaluate the situation of Analgesic use(paracetamol dihydrochloride tablets). There was no difference(P>0.05)in the number of patients using painkillers between the two groups after the 6th to 12th hours surgery(0th day after surgery)that meant two sets of data were comparable. There was significant difference in the number of analgesics used on the first, third and seventh days after operation between the two groups(P<0.05).The use of painkillers in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. There was no difference in the number of analgesics on the second and fifth day after operation in both groups(P>0.05),but the number of the analgesic used in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. That is to say,the use of painkillers in the treatment group was both lower than that in the control group after operation on the first day,the second day,the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day. With the increase of the number of days, the difference in the number of using painkillers in the two groups gradually increased which indicated that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Next, compare the dosage and frequency using the analgesic in two groups. There was no difference(P>0.05)in the analgesic dose and frequency between the two groups after the 6th to 12th hours surgery(0th day after surgery)that meant two sets of data were comparable. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)on the first day,the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day after operation. The dosage and frequency in the two groups were lower than those in the control group. There was no difference in the dosage and frequency of analgesics between the two groups on the second day after operation(P>0.05).However,the dosage and frequency of painkillers in the treatment groups were lower than those of the control group. That is to say,the dosage and frequency of analgesics in the treatment group(x ± s)were lower than those in the control group on the first day,the second day,the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day after operation. On the seventh day after the operation, the patients in the treatment group did not use painkillers, indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion:This study shows that the effect of reducing pain in treatment group using of the acupoint sticking therapy was significantly better than the control group.Acupoint sticking therapy has the advantages of easy,affordable,non-toxic side effects, etc. It can be used for treating mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain,a clinical worth promoting way.
