Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation Subthreshold Depression With Qishen Qi Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of spirit-reinforcing and qi-regulating acupuncture therapy on subthreshold depression patients with qi-stagnation constitution,and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease.Method:Using small sample randomized controlled clinical research,the research objects from May 2017 to December 2017 in the medical center of the third affiliated hospital of Beijing university of Chinese medicine,met the diagnosis standards and included standards of subthreshold depression with qi-stagnation constitution.A random number table method was used to divide 60 patients into treatment group and control group,each group with 30 patients.Objects in the treatment group were needled the points of Yintang(DU 29).Baihui(DU 20)?Neiguan(PC 6).Sanyinjiao(SP 6)?Taichong(LR 3)and matched the points of Danzhong(RN 17)?Qimen(LR 14)?Hegu(LI 4)according to the characteristics of qi-stagnation constitution.Operation method:We needled Yintang(DU 29)?Baihui(DU 20)?Neiguan(PC 6)by uniform reinforcing-reducing method,needled Sanyinjiao(SP 6)by reinforcing method and needled Taichong(LR 3)?Danzhong(RN 17)?Qimen(LR 14)?Hegu(LI 4)by reducing method.We turned on the electric acupuncture apparatus,and chose the frequency of 2 Hz continuous wave for 30 min per treatment,and treated 2 times a week for 6 weeks in a row.The control group did not intervene for 6 weeks.Before and after treatment,patients in two groups were evaluated with the center for epidemiological studies depression scale(CES-D),the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-17),and the TCM physical fitness scale.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for data processing and analysis,and clinical curative effect was observed.Results:1.The general data comparability comparison:60 patients who were subthreshold depression with qi-stagnation constitution were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of patients is no significant differences in age,sex(P>0.05),and the results were comparable.2.HAMD deducted rate comparison:according to HAMD deducted rate to evaluate curative effect of two groups,and by examining the nonparametric statistical analysis,we found that the comparion of curative effect between two groups had statistically significance(P<0.05),one of the treatment group total effective rate was 76.67%,total effective rate was 43.33%in the control group.3.Comparison of HAMD-17 scale scores:before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between two groups in HAMD-17 scale scores,and two groups were comparable(P>0.05).The differences in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in the control group was not statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of HAMD scale in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of CES-D scale scores:before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the CES-D scale scores in two groups,and two groups were comparable(P>0.05).The difference in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in the control group was not statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of CES-D scale in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the TCM physical fitness scale score of qi-stagnation constitution:before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05),and two groups were comparable.There was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05,P>0.05).After treatment,the score of qi-stagnation constitution in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Spirit-reinforcing and qi-regulating acupuncture therapy can impro've depressive symptoms in subthreshold depression patients,and obtain satisfactory clinical efficacy.2.Spirit-reinforcing and qi-regulating acupuncture therapy can reduce the score of qi-stagnation constitution in patients with subthreshold depression,and may improve the clinical manifestations of qi-stagnation constitution in a certain degree.
