From 2014 onwards,in a series of favorable policies and market role,the Chinese Medical Group has been set up,and got wide attention from all sectors of society.At present,the market-oriented operation mode of the medical group can correctly price The Doctors service,embody the value of physicians through the marketing mechanism,meet the increasing demands of the people's high quality and diversified medical care,and alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of medical service.The 2016 "Healthy China 2030" plan outlines "actively explore the free practice of physicians,physicians and medical institutions contracted services or the formation of a medical group," The medical group has been written in the national document for the first time.It is in this context that the medical Group has become a force to be reckoned with,but at present there is less research on the Medical Group in China,which is mostly a description of the development status of the Medical Group,gnot deep enough and systematic,especially the symbiosis relationship with other organizations of the medical system.Therefore,based on the Symbiosis theory,this paper studies the relationship among the symbiosis subjects of Medical Group,and studies the symbiotic relationship with the government,medical institutions and insurance organizations based on the analysis of the development status of Medical Group.Firstly,it constructs the relationship between the symbiotic subjects of Chinese Medical Group,then carries on the analysis of the utility and path of the symbiosis relationship,and studies the model of the evolution of the symbiotic relationship of Chinese Medical Group under the influence of a series of driving factors,and concludes that the symmetrical reciprocal symbiosis is the ideal model and the development goal In this paper,the author analyzes the experience of the symbiosis Development of American Medical Group from three aspects of construction,maintenance and evolution,and on this basis,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the development of the relationship between the main body of Chinese doctors.This paper studies the survival and development of Chinese Medical Group from different angles by means of literature research,subject frame study and comparative study,enriches the theoretical basis of medical service supply of Medical Group,and has a certain enlightenment function to the follow-up research.
