With the development of economy,the doctor-patient relationship in China is increasingly tense.One of the important reason is the poor communication between doctors and patients.There is a lack of supervision mechanism for communication between doctors and patient.Premise of supervision is a quality assessment tool of doctor-patient communication.However,there are few studies on the evaluation of doctor-patient communication quality in china.Therefore,the purpose of this thesis is to study the evaluation scale and model of doctor-patient communication quality in KH hospital.It also provides reference for the evaluation of doctor-patient communication quality in other hospitals,and enriches the study of quality of doctor-patient communication.By reading the interature of service quality and model construction,study from the five dimensions of SERVQUAL evaluation index,influencing factor of doctor-patient communication,the scale of doctor-patient commnication quality designed by Zhao Yunxia,I disigned the three dimensions evaluation index of doctor-patient communication.Then,using SERVPERF evaluation method to measure the quality of doctor-patient communication in outpatient service,and the data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS two statistical software.In order to obtain the appropriate quantity of scale and test the reliability of scale,through the SPSS.21 analysis of the data,including T test,correlation analysis;exploratory factor analysis,KMO and Bartlett ball type test,using the principal component analysis method,the common factor value,total square deviation,rotation matrix,based on these analysis to adjust the scale,finally,get the three common factor,including content,empathy,the results,which consists of 15 items,the three facors explain total square deviation more than 60%.Cronbach alpha coefficient method was used to test the reliability of the whole scale and the alpha value of each dimension,all of them shows that the reliability is high.In order to verify the reliability of the scale further,using AMOS.21 to conduct a confirmatory factor analysis,including the analysis of the construction of theoretical model and first-order and second-order confirmatory factor.Result shows that the composite reliability is greater than 0.6,the average variance extracted is greater than 0.5 indicating the reliability of the model is high.The path coefficient is used to test the hypothesis and all of the assumptions are accepted.Last,it gives an analysis of the quality of doctor-patient communication of KH hospital.After empirical analysis,it gives some advice of improving the doctor-patient communication quality for KH hospital,finally,there is a summary of this article,and insufficient and prospect of the research.
