Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Medical Insurance For Urban Children In Hebei Province

Children are the future of our country and the hope of every small family.In terms of the particularity of medical demands from children,their social medical insurance has become an important issue in the research of social medical security in China.Based on life cycle theory and other related theories,this paper adopts questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of social medical insurance for urban children in Hebei Province.The existing problems of the system are analyzed from the aspects of the insurance rate,the level of financing and the level of payment,pointing out that the main reasons for these problems are the incapability of the existing system to meet the particularity of medical demands from urban children's medical problems,the unfulfillment of the implementation and supervision of relevant departments,and the imbalance between supply and demand of pediatric medical resources.And on the basis of these,some countermeasures are put forward,such as improving the standard of payment,establishing the system of reimbursement in the outpatient department of pediatrics,increasing the financial input,and optimizing the supply of medical resources in pediatrics,in order to provide reference for the future development of urban children's social medical insurance in Hebei Province.
