Clinical Effect Observation Of Strengthening The Spleen And Replenishing Qi And Removing Blood Stasis Prescirption On Treating The Spleen-deficiency Type Of Intermenstrual Bleeding

【Objective】To observe the efficacy, the time point of treating and the safety ofprescribing the strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi andremoving blood stasis prescription on treating the spleen-deficiencytype of intermenstrual bleeding, in order to provide scientific basis forthe treatment of the disease using this square.【Methods】I keep accompany with my supervisor and admissions patients inHubei Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Optics Valley district,whose TCM diagnosis is intermenstrual bleeding, with the symptoms ofspleen-deficiency, and western diagnosis is functional metrorrhagia.We chose65patients with ovulatory functional metrorrhagia (all belongto treatment group) and let them take free-frying granules of thisprescription twice a day, with continuous medication for fourteen days,and one menstrual cycle as a course of treatment. We observe theimprovements of the patients after treatments and the changes of vital signs, urine, blood, stool routine, ECG, liver function, kidney function,pelvic B-uterine endometrial thickness.【Results】1. Comparisons of Clinical efficacy: The whole clinical effectivepercentage is95.38%, with only3ineffective. The whole hemostasiseffective percentage is92.31%, with only5ineffective. Among the65patients,10were cured,32were excellent,32were effective and. Thisstrengthening the spleen and replenishing qi and removing blood stasisprescription show good function of hemostasis.2. Clinical TCM syndrome: According to the criteria of 《Guidingprinciple of clinical research on new drugs of traditional ChineseMedicine》,8were cured,26were excellent,27were effective,4wereineffective. The whole effective percentage is93.85%. TCM syndromeintegral becomes smaller than before treatment, and P=0.043<0.05. Itis able to significantly improve the symptoms as vaginal bleeding (time,mount, color and quality), pallor, physical fatigue, shortness of breath,laziness to speak, lack of warmth in the limbs, thin sloppy stool, longvoiding of clear urine and so on.3. General examination: After three menstrual cycle, theendometrial thickness is1.12±0.60cm before treatment and0.87±0.21cm after treatment, P=0.043<0.05. The endometrial is thinnerafter treatment with significant changes, the hemostatic effect is good.RBC, Hb and Plt were the three elevated index. After test, P>0.05.Orally taking this prescribe have no significant impact on the bloodingredient.4. Factors impacting efficacy: Divide the65patients into threegroups according to their ages, conditions and course of disease, andcompare the clinical effective percentage separately. The first group can be divided into three ages:15to24years old,25to34years oldand35to45years old. After comparing the whole effective percentage,we know that P>0.05, no significant difference. The second group isdivided according to the patient’s conditions. The whole effectivepercentage is:100.00%for mild conditions,95.65%for moderateconditions and88.89%for severe conditions. We compare the wholeeffective percentage, P>0.05, with no significant sense. The third groupcan be divided into: less than3months group,3to6months group andmore than6months group. In like manner, we get that P>0.05. So wecan see that different course of disease and the efficacy of TCMtreatment have no significant statistical sense.【Conclusions】This strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi and removingblood stasis can effectively cure the spleen-deficiency type ofintermenstrual bleeding. This prescription can also relieve people’smental stress and improve people’s learning and living standard, evento cure acyesis. It shows safe and effective with no non-toxic sideeffects during clinical application.
