This paper including clinical research and experimental study two parts.1. Clinical researchObjective: This study aimed to explore the role of spleen in the pathogenesis of type2diabetes, and Strengthening the Spleen and Replenishing Qi clinical efficacy of treatmentof type2diabetes spleen deficiency, and reveal the clinical features of type2diabetespatients with spleen deficiency syndrome to prove that the Jian Pi Jiang Tang Yin iseffective prescription for the treatment of type2diabetes.Methods: In this study, selected from the clinical type2diabetes60cases,30caseswere randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group (30cases).The treatment group received Jian Pi Jiang Tang Yin, metformin hydrochlorideenteric-coated tablets, acarbose (Glucobay); the control group was given metforminhydrochloride enteric-coated tablets, acarbose (Glucobay). After8weeks of treatmenteffects were observed.Results: Statistical analysis, the general information of the treatment group andcontrol group before treatment, including gender, age, course of disease, fasting glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, Chinese medicine symptomscale scores, no significant difference, comparable. In the treatment group and controlgroup could decrease fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycatedhemoglobin, but statistical analysis, the treatment group to lower blood glucose andglycosylated hemoglobin were significantly better than the control group. After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale scores than before treatment were improved,and the treatment group than the control group to improve to improve the TCM symptoms. Conclusion: Strengthening the Spleen and Replenishing Qi has good efficacy in thetreatment of diabetic spleen deficiency syndrome, Jian Pi Jiang Tang Yin has potentialclinical application. 2. The experimental researchObjective: This study was designed by diabetes, diabetic spleen deficiency(SDS),spleen deficiency model of gastrointestinal hormones in rats and its correlation toinvestigate the pathophysiological significance of spleen deficiency in the diabetic state,reveal the nature of spleen deficiency and explore syndrome between interactiverelationship.Methods: Establish diabetes, diabetes spleen deficiency, spleen deficiency in the ratmodel. After death, observe the fasting plasma glucose (FPG), serum glucagon-like peptide1(Glp-1), insulin(Ins), glucagons (Gln), gastric inhibitory polypeptide(GIP), gastrin(Gas),and other indicators of the differences.Results: The the Spleen group of GLP-1was significantly higher than the diabeticgroup and diabetic SDS group, no significant difference between the diabetic group anddiabetic SDS group between the normal group and other groups showed no significantdifference. Ins of diabetes and diabetic SDS group was significantly higher than the normalgroup and the SDS group, the diabetic group and diabetic SDS group was no significantdifference; no significant difference between the SDS group and normal group.SDS groupof Gln was significantly lower than the diabetic group and diabetic SDS group, nosignificant difference between the diabetic group and diabetic SDS group;diabetes SDSgroup was significantly higher than the normal group. Normal group with no significantdifferences in the SDS group and diabetic group. Four groups, GIP no significantdifferences in the SDS group was significantly lower than the diabetes SDS group. Gas ofdiabetes and diabetic SDS group was significantly higher than the SDS group; the diabeticgroup and diabetic SDS group is higher than the normal group, the difference wasstatistically significant; no significant difference between the diabetic group and diabeticSDS group; Spleen group and no significant difference between the normal group. GLP-1of diabetic rats was negatively correlated with blood glucose; was positively correlatedwith GIP.Conclusion: Decrease in GLP-1and increase in Gas may be an integral part of pathological essence of diabetes and the spleen deficiency;Spleen Deficiency Syndromeand diabetes spleen deficiency syndrome of the body has the ability toself-regulation.Significant difference between the diabetes and spleen deficiency syndromeand spleen deficiency syndrome, suggests that on clinical diagnosis and treatment shouldbe after a clear diagnosis of disease.
