Based On The Analysis Of TCM Inheritance System, Professor Guo Zhenwu's Clinical Treatment Of Acute Tracheal-bronchitis Was Studied

Purpose:To analyze the prescriptions experience of professor Guo zhenwu for treating of acute trachea bronchitis(ATB)and summarize the rules of herbs using and the characteristics of prescription by assistant software,to inheritance and development of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:119 prescriptions of 112 acute trachea bronchitis patients of professor Guo zhenwu were collected and total 55 herbs were ivcluded.Then the data was input into system to analyze the frequency of usage of the hurbs four characters and five tastes and the channel tropism of herbs in these prescriptions by the Statistical module.Analyze the core combination by a unsupervised of data mining the method and finally try to make new prescriptions.Results: 1.Analyzed statistic of clinical signs,symptoms from 119 prescriptions of 112 acute trachea bronchitis patients.frequency analysis result show the top 10 of symptoms are floating pulse,red tongue,pharyngalgia,less moss,runny nose,yellow sputum,nocturnal cough,white sputum,poor sleep at night,white fur.(cough symptom is not in the statistical range)2.The result of the frequency of usage of the hurbs and four characters and five tastes and the channel tropism of 55 herbs : top 3 of frequency of usage of the hurbs are heat medicine,cough expectorant antiasthmatic,tonify deficiency.four characters "the cold" drug is used in the most frequency;The five tastes frequency statistics:"gump,bitterness and sheen" drug was used more often.The top 3 channel tropism of the frequency are the lung,the stomach and the liver meridians.3.The 55 herbs are usd more than 100 times: honeysuckle,forsythia,licorice,almonds,unibract fritillary bulb,the medicated leaven,Fried hawthorn,malt(Fried),main ephedra,zizyphus jujube kernel(Fried),rhizoma gastrodiae,gingko,money grass.Professor guo zhenwu,who is usd to use "medicated leaven,Fried hawthorn,malt(stir-fry),to protect the spleen and stomach and consolidate the acquired constitution.4.Analysis of the group rule of 55 herbs,the number of degree of support is set to 107degrees,the degree of support set to 90%,the confidence level is set to 0.95.The two herbs combinations in the combination of the three are: "honeysuckle,forsythia,honeysuckle,licorice,forsythia,licorice";The three herbs combinations of the top: "honeysuckle,forsythia,raw licorice,honeysuckle,forsythia,sichuanbei,honeysuckle,forsythia,and almond".Professor guo zhenwu likes to use the combination of "honeysuckle,forsythia,mulberry leaf" and "grilled leprosy,apricot,raw licorice".5.The 119 prescriptions was entropy clustered,set the relevancy of 8,punishment degree for 2,excavated eight core portfolio analysis and 4 core set prescription.Core combination are : 1gastrodia elata,gingko,fishy,radix scutellariae,2 Scutellaria,wild chrysanthemum,honeysuckle,3reed root,radix platycodi,Astragalus membranaceus,4moxa leaf,mulberry leaf,radix rehmanniae,rhizoma anemarrhenae,5ginkgo,cordate houttuynia,astragalus membranaceus,6wild chrysanthemum flower,radix platycodi,radix astragali,7Reed rhizome,Forsythia,Radix Stemonae,8moxa leaf,mulberry leaf,rhizome anemarrhenae,radix scrophulariae.Core prescription is respectively: 1gastrodia elata,gingko,Astragalus membranaceus,Cordate houttuynia,2 Scutellaria,wild chrysanthemum,honeysuckle,Astragalus membranaceus,3reed rhizome,radix platycodi,Forsythia,radix stemonae,4 moxa leaf,mulberry leaf,rehmannia root,rhizoma anemarrhenae,radix scrophulariae.Conclusion: 1.Professor guo zhenwu treated ATB with "Maxing shigan decoction and Yinqiao powder" as basic prescription and add or delete herbs with the syndrome differentiatio.2.Professor guo zhenwu thinks that the spleen is a delicate soil,the foundation of after birth.If the qi of the spleen is abundant then the disease is self-cured,if the foundation of after birth is consolidated then the sickness is gone,and choosing the the herbs to protect the spleen and stomach.3.In clinical teartment,The gastrodia elata will be used to downward the reversed liver qi,The almond used to bring down the lungs qi and unchoke the gut,raw rehmannia,xuanshen used to protect Yin fluid.
