Based On Association Rules Of The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment On Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective:Using the analysis method of association rule,dig and analyze the using feature and compatibility regularity of Chinese medicine for the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder,to provide reference for the clinical dialectical treatment.Methods:Collected the literatures of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder that meet the conditions in recent fifteen years,analysed the association rules of traditional Chinese medicine by data-mining programs of SPSS Clementine 12.0 to establish data mining model,the minimum Support was set to 10% and the minimum Confidence was set to 75%.Results:There are 110 prescriptions that meeting the conditions.There are total of 36 kinds of medicine.The total frequency of times are 1202.The frequency of 11 kinds of medicine which are the pivotal medicine of the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder is more than 30 times.The frequency of liquorice is the highest,the next is spina date seed,tuckahoe,radix bupleuri and polygala tenuifolia,etc.The frequency of 37 kinds of medicine is more than 10 times,accounting for 77.12% percent of the total frequency.The 37 kinds of medicine is frequently-used medicine.The frequency of tonic medicine is the highest,the next is sedative medicine and heat-clearing medicine.There were 379 rules acquired,liquorice is the most used medicine in all the rules,the next is Pinellia ternata,tuckahoe,spina date seed,keel,etc.Conclusion:The frequently-used Chinese medicine for the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder is tonic medicine,sedative medicine and heat-clearing medicine.Based on the analysis of asocciation rules' effect,The main treatment methods of generalized anxiety disorder are regulating the liver-qi and clearing heat,regulating qi and reducing phlegm,supplementing qi and nourishing blood,tranquilizing with heavy material.This study can help the clinicians of TCM and theory researchers to comprehend the syndrome differentiation principle of Chinese traditional treatment for generalized anxiety disorder as a whole in a certain period.This study can serve clinical work and theoretical research better.
