Purpose:The changes of palm angle,ulnar angle and radius shortening were observed before and after fixation of Cooney ?-? type in Colles fractures,and PRWE score was observed.Analysis of the effect of manual reduction and splint fixation on Colles fractures and the effect of Cooney ?-? on the efficacy.Material and methods:Collected from Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of Orthopedics,March 2001 to December 2016 Colles fractures were hospitalized and screened and collected according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.A total of 48 cases were included.Collect the patient's name,age,gender and other basic information.In the wrist joint on the side of the X-ray film before and after surgery to reconcile the complex,after 3 months after the three points in the ipsilateral radius of the distal tip of the tilt angle,ulnar angle,radial shortening,the collected data Were recorded in the Excel table and the patients were followed up for 3 months after remodeling using the PRWE Scoring Form and Lidstrom grade was performed on the lateral radiograph of the affected wrist.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and draw the conclusion.Results:1.After rectification,Cooney ?-Cooney ? patients with various types of distal radius of the radial tilt,ulnar angle,radial shortening deformity were significantly improved;2.Cooney ? type ? patients after 3 months of rectification of the distal radius of the palm tilt angle,ulceration angle,and the radial length was not significantly lost,Cooney ? type of the above three are different degrees of loss;3.Although Cooney ? type fracture imaging performance is poor,but the excellent rate of wrist function can still reach 60%,clinical efficacy is better than imaging performance..Conclusion:1.The effect of Cooney type ? fractures on the treatment of Colony fractures with Cooney?-? was significant,but the imaging findings of Cooney ? type fractures were significantly inferior to those of the first three types.2.Colles fractures can not only be evaluated by imaging as an indicator,but also in patients with subjective wrist function evaluation;3.Cooney classification has a guiding significance for the treatment of Colles fractures.
