Objective: To determinate the clinical curative effect of Colles fracture with manipulation and small splint external fixation; clear plate material, shapes, and fixed time limit, quantitate binding tape's tension; refine and quantify the way and frequency of affected limb functional exercises after treatment and optimize the treatment of Colles fracture with manual reductoin and fixation and functional exercise. Method: Divide 40 cases of patients with Colles fracture into control group and treatment group single-blind and randomly, which respectively treat for small splint external fixation and gypsum external fixation; judge symptoms and signs points as main outcome measures, and observe the index of pain, activities, gripping power, deformity, radiology , record score of before and after manipulation, a half months, a month and three months. Results: The two groups have no random factors differences before treatment, and no significant difference before and after manipulation(P>0.05). A half months and a month after the treatment, the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05), and three months the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Manipulation and small splint external fixation in treating Colles fracture have efficacy. Combining the specifications of functional exercise have effective in promoting fracture healing and the affected limb function rehabilitation. |
