Professor Jiang Shumin's Experience In Treating Functional Constipation With Traditional Chinese Medicine Is Summarized

Purpose:Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this paper attempts to summarize Professor Jiang Shumin's academic thoughts and clinical experience on functional constipation.Material and method:Using the CNKI website,with "functional constipation","constipation","stool difficulty","spleen contract" or "intestinal bowel." is given priority to with more than 300 references related to the inscription search download,coarse sieve and intensive reading of more than 100.According to the preliminary purpose of the papers,we summarized and analyzed more than 40 cases of "constipation" and "defecation unobstructed" in outpatient clinic from September 1st 2015 to September 1st 2017.Results:According to the analysis,it is found that Professor Jiang Shumin thinks that the weakness of the spleen and stomach,the imbalance of qi movement and the defiency of fluid was the main pathogenesis of the development of functional constipation.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,the four methods of "harmony","descent","lubrication" and "purge" are the main principles in the treatment.By regulating the spleen and stomach and invigorating the spleen,the purpose of clinical treatment of constipation can be achieved.Conclusion:The key to constipation disease,in zang-organs is spleen,in fu-organs is stomach and the intestine,and is related ro the governing qi of the liver,the purification and descent of the lung,renal function.On the basis of regulating organs,qi movement and body fluid is more comprehensive grasp of pathogenesis and development of the disease.
