Purpose:1. From the perspective of the motherland medicine to explore the small intestine bleeding theory on the impact of dyslipidemia.2.0n the basis of the theory of small intestine and vomiting, the effect of Huanglian detoxification decoction on dyslipidemia was discussed.3.To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and Chinese medicine Xuezhikang through the improvement of blood lipid level and improvement of TCM symptoms, and to provide new evidence and new ways for clinical prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.Material and method:Clinical study selected 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and experimental group randomly, which had 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the experimental group. The control group were treated with Xuezhikang Capsule by oral administration. The experimental group were given oral administration of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction (Coptidis Rhizoma,Radices Scutellariae, Rhizoma Alismatis,Pollen Typhae,Poria Cocos and Polygonum Multiflorum). The levels of serum TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C,C-reactive protein and TCM symptom score were observed before and after treatment for 12 weeks. The safety indexes such as liver and kidney function were observed. Concerned about the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment. At the end of the treatment, SPSS 17.0 statistical software analyzed the data, and the results of the two groups were compared.Results:1.The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were decreased and the HDL-C values were increased (P<0.05),and the values of C-reactive protein decreased (P<0.05). The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and C-reactive protein in patients were decreased and the levels of HDL-C were increased. Compared with the control group, the t-test of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), but the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the blood lipid index. In the C-reactive protein, the two groups of t-test were statistically significant (P<0.05), but the test group in improving the C-reactive protein is better than the control group.2.The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.3.There was significant difference between the two groups in the two groups (P>0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups in the clinical symptom scores of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). The results showed that the experimental group and the control group could improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, but the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the curative effect of TCM clinical symptoms.Conclusion:1. The results of this study found that small bowel gland bleed function changes are leading to the root causes of dyslipidemia.2.To heat, detoxification, dampness-based Huanglian detoxification soup on lipid abnormalities have a certain impact, can reduce serum TC, TG, LDL-C levels, increased HDL-C levels. At the same time, can also reduce the level of C-reactive protein, the process of interventional inflammatory response.3. Application of small intestine clear secretion of cloud theory, with heat, detoxification, dampness of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of dyslipidemia without adverse reactions,non-toxic side effects, for the future prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia to provide a new path.
