According To The Small Intestine To Distinguish The Turbidity Function, The Clinical Study Of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction In The Treatment Of Dyslipidemia

Purpose: Based on the theory of differentiation of small intestine,to explore the intervention of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on the abnormal function of the small intestine's differentiation,and the mechanism of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction to the lipid metabolism abnormality's influence.Material and method: 60 cases of patients with dyslipidemia were selected to participate in clinical trials.The selected cases were all from outpatients of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group and the control group were both 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,and the control group was given atorvastatin calcium 10 mg once a day oral treatment.Both groups were cured for 8 weeks and given guidance on lifestyle.Before and after treatment,it need to observe the index's improvement of dyslipidemia,the improvement of TCM symptoms and the changes of inflammatory factor.Statistical methods apply the SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze the data.The data of the normality plots with distribution were measured by t test with mean ± standard deviation((?)±S).The paired t test was applied to the same group before and after the control comparison.The independent sample t test was applied to comparison between the two groups.The count data was adopted as the X2 test.Non-normal distribution and grade's data were analyzed by rank sum test.Results: 1 The improvement of blood lipids: After treatment,the treatment group and the control group's patients with abnormal blood lipids can be both effectively improved.Before and after the treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C value were all decreased,and the HDL-C value was increased in the same group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant between the same group before and after treatment.After treatment between the two groups,there was no significant difference in serum TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C(P> 0.05),which both the groups can improve the dyslipidemia;2 The efficacy of TCM syndrome: The two group's TCM symptoms were both improved.The treatment group and control group's total effective rate was respectively 90%,56.7%(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group;3 The change of CRP: The level of CRP in the two groups' patients were both decreased.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);4 In the process of this study,patients of the two groups with blood,urine,routine and renal function test's indicators were normal and vital signs were stable.The treatment group's indicators were normal.While in the control group,one case of liver transaminase slightly increased,and two cases of adverse reactions occured.Conclusion: 1 The study fully proved that the main cause of dyslipidemia is the change of the function of the small intestine's differentiation.2 Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can effectively intervene the function of differentiation of small intestine,from the view of “clearing heat,detoxification,dehumidification”,which plaied a role in the treatment of the abnormal lipid metabolism.Opened a new way to prevent and treat dyslipidemia.3 Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can decrease the level of TC,TG,LDL-C,CRP and rise the level of HDL-C.It can effectively regulate the abnormality of blood lipid metabolism,improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine,reduce the inflammatory reaction and have the good safety.
