Part I:A Study on the Intestinal Microecology in Senior Patients with DyslipidemiaObjective:To investigate the difference in intestinal microecology in both healthy senior subjects and senior dyslipidemia patients.Methods:79 healthy senior subjects and 73 senior dyslipidemia patients were recruited in this study.General information and lipid indexes were collected, and the composition difference in intestinal flora between two groups was observed. Results:Comparing to healthy seniors,Faecalibacterium prausnitzii,Enterococcus,Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium,Eubacterium rectale in dyslipidemia patients were significantly reduced and Enterobacteria were remarkably increased, and the differences were statistically significant. No obvious changes in Prevotella and Streptococcus. Conclusion:Intestinal microecology disorder was observed in senior dyslipidemia patients with reduced beneficial bacteria and increased harmful bacteria.Part II:An Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Probiotics in Senior Dyslipidemia PatientsObjective:To observe the clinical efficacy of probiotics in senior dyslipidemia patients. Methods:A total of 73 senior subjects with dyslipidemia were divided into medication group(28 cases)and control group(45 cases).Probiotics of capsule was provided for medication group, and the difference in intestinal flora before medication and 1 year after medication was observed.Blood lipid changes were simultaneously monitored. Results:After treatment of probiotics, the Faecalibacterium prausnitzii,Enterococcus,Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium,Eubacterium rectal increased in medication group with as a decrease in Enterobacteria;meanwhile, the levels of LDL,TG,and TC were reduced with an elevation in HDL,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:(1).Probiotics had a regulatory effect on intestinal microecology in senior dyslipidemia patients;(2).Probiotics improved the level of blood lipid.
