Purpose:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin method in patient sdia gnosed of fundal hemorrhage,meanwhile to explore an effective therapy of fundal hemorrhage with traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:We enrolled totally 57 patients(69 eyes)with fundal hemorrhage due to deficiency of both qi and yin in Shenyang He Eye Hospital from Aug 1st,2016 to Jan 30 th,2017.Patients were randomly assigned into two groups:the control group included 28 patients(34 eyes)and the study group included 29 patients(35 eyes).the control group was treated by fundamental therapy,Doxium tablets and laser photocoagulation(if necessary),while the study group was treated by Zhixue Decoction on the basis treatment of the control group.Observing and recording visual acuity,macular OCT data,fundus photography and TCM syndrome of the two groups before and after treatment to make statistical analysis.Results:1.General efficacy(Before and after treatment comparison): effective rate in control group is61.76%,while in study group 82.86%,(P<0.05).The efficacy of the study group is better than the control group.2.Visual acuity: visual acuity improved in both groups after a month treatment.It is better in study group than the control group.3.Acreage of hemorrhage: the acreage of hemorrhage decreased in both groups and the study group is better(P<0.05).4.The average thickness of macular fovea : the average thickness of macular fovea decreased in both groups,it is better in study group than in control group.5.TCM syndrome scores: In both groups,TCM syndrome scores improved.It is better in study group than in control group.(P<0.01)6.TCM syndrome curative effect: The effective rate in control group is 32.14%,while79.31% in study group.The study group is better.7.In study group,it shows that the efficacy in DM is better than the RVO.Conclusion:Zhixue Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of fundal hemorrhage due to deficiency of both qi and yin.It shows that the efficacy in study is better than the control group.The total effective rate is 82.86%.Zhixue Decoction is helpful to absorb hemorrhage and edema and at the same time improve visual acuity.It is worthy to widely spread.
