The GP chemotherapy plan: Gemcitabine hydrochloride for injection 1250mg/m2+Sodium chloride injection 100 ml, intravenous drip day 1,8.Cisplatin for injection: 75mg/m2+NS500ml intravenous drip in two days,in 1, 2 days completed. The treatment group:Giving the Self – made Supplementing qi and nourishing Yin Recipe one dose a day,14 days for a course of treatment. The control group group: Giving Leucogen Tablets(20mg every piece,1 table daily orally,3 times aday,14 days)to treat the bone marrow suppression.Giving Silymarin Capsules(140mg every piece,1 table daily orally,3 times a day,14 days) to treat the liver function damage.Giving Corbrin capsule(0.5g every piece,5 table daily orally,3 times a day,14 days) to treat the kidney function damage.The treatment group and the control group all treatment one period of treatment, one period of treatment for 14 days.Results:1.WBC count: After statistics analysis, the WBC count of treating before treatment and after of the control group and the treatment group are statistically significant(P<0.01). Combining with clinic,there are some cases’ s Routine blood(RBC,HGB,PLT)declined in the control group and the treatment group,but none of them were diagnosed with primary bone marrow suppression.It suggests that the Self – made Supplementing qi and nourishing Yin Recipe can make the drop blood cell tend to be normal.2.Liver function: After statistics analysis, the ALT and AST count before treatment and after of the control group and the treatment group are statistically significant(P<0.01). The safety indicators: the general situation(T,P,R,BP), after statistics analysis,they are all no statistically significant(P>0.05), compared between the control group, the treatment group used TCM before and after,and they are in the normal range.Conclusions:The Self – made Supplementing qi and nourishing Yin Recipe Recipe reduce toxic effect and improve the clinical symptoms of non-small cell lung cancers who had made the chemotherapy and got the arrest of bone marrow toxic effect,which mainly displays in leucocyte decrease,safely,and effectively.And it can also keep their blood cells to normal range,improving the liver damage and renal damage,and their quality of life.
