| Purpose:We can guide and validate clinical medicine through medical literature data,expand diagnosis treatment and provide the evidence-based medicine of Chinese medicinal effect by contrast with medical literature research and teacher’s treatment of the brain edema after the ICH with reducing the phlegm;relaxing the bowels;invigorating the circulation of blood;clearing damp and promoting diuresis.Material and method : I analyze qualified articles,and summarize the common pathogenesis;the main therapy;the common categories of the Chinese medicinal;characteristics of the Chinese medicinal by collecting over the past 20 years clinical research articles published on the biomedical journals(including the CBM,CNKI and Chongqing VIP Chinese database etc.)all about the treatment of the brain edema after the ICH with Chinese medicine.And then summarize up the teacher’s treatment of the brain edema after the ICH with reducing the phlegm;relaxing the bowels;invigorating the circulation of blood;clearing damp and promoting diuresis.Results:1.The main pathogenesis of the brain edema after the ICH are the phlegm and blood transforming the water,constipation of phlegm-heat,the Yin deficiency pneumatic,the Qi deficiency and blood stasis.2.The main therapy of the brain edema after the ICH are invigorating the circulation of blood(84.42%);relaxing the bowels(68.83%);reducing the phlegm(36.36%);clearing damp and promoting diuresis(27.27%);stopping endogenous win(25.97%)and tonifying Qi(9.09%).3.The main category of the brain edema after the ICH are blood activating and stasis eliminating drugs(26.65%);relaxing the bowels drugs(10.54%);stopping endogenous win durgs(10.54%);reducing the phlegm drugs(7.32%);clearing damp and promoting diuresis drugs(6.3%);heating and cooling blood drugs(5.71%);air drugs(5.13%)etc.The more frequent Chinese medicinal are bloodsucker(38 times),salvia miltiorrhiza(30 times);rheum officinale(66 times);pberetima(16 times),gastrodiaelata blume(11 times);bile arisaema(15times),trichosanthes(13 times);alisma(19 times),poria(10 times);radix paeoniae rubrathe(14times),dried rehamnnia root(14 times);white atractylodes rhizome(10 times),astragalus mongholicus(9 times);angelica(15 times);pseudo-ginseng(37 times),rhizome acorigraminei(20 times).The main drugs in heat clearing drugs are heating and cooling blood drugs;The main drugs in tonic drugs are air drugs.4.The main characteristics on the Chinese medicinal of the brain edema after the ICH are the cold and cool drugs(49.14%);bitter drugs(40.17%);top two channel tropism: liver(gallbladder)meridian(33.43%);spleen(stomach)meridian(27.54%).Conclusion:1.The main pathogenesis of the brain edema after the ICH on medical literature research and teacher’s treatment is that the phlegm and blood transform the water and block the head.2.The main therapy of the brain edema after the ICH are invigorating the circulation of blood;relaxing the bowels;reducing the phlegm;clearing damp and promoting diuresis.According to the stage of the brain edema after the ICH,my teacher think that: on the acute stage,the constipation of phlegm-heat is the major factor,so relaxing the bowels and reducing the phlegm are the main therapy,invigorating the circulation of blood and clearing damp are secondary;on the recovery stage,phlegm and blood stasis stagnation is the major factor,so the therapy which is mentioned are equally important.3.The main category the Chinese medicinal of the brain edema after the ICH are blood activating and stasis eliminating;relaxing the bowels;stopping endogenous win;reducing the phlegm;clearing damp and promoting diuresis;heating and cooling blood and tonifying Qi.The main characteristics on the Chinese medicinal of the brain edema after the ICH are the cold and bitter drugs;The main channel tropism of the brain edema after the ICH are liver(gallbladder)meridian,and spleen(stomach)meridian.4.Combining medical literature research with teacher’s treatment are effective on the brain edema after the ICH diagnosis and therapy. |
