Based On The Theory Of Brain Hemorrhagic Stroke Treatment Research

Purpose: Through standardized treatment regimens, the preliminary evaluation to"remove blood stasis, fill in broken blood for treatment of pure filling pulp"money-raising hemorrhagic stroke treatments of the effectiveness and safety in TCM therapy, and explore the advantage of hemorrhagic stroke for TCM therapy, hemorrhagic stroke standardization lays the foundation.Method: This test follow multicenter, randomized, positive controlled clinical research methods, which included 80 patients were randomly divided into the TCM group (observation group) 40 cases, Western medicine group (control group) 40 cases. The basis of Western medicine group were treated with Western medicine therapy, Chinese medicine treatment group based on the basis of Western medicine to give "broken blood to remove blood stasis, fill in essence of traditional Chinese medicine for pulp" oral, cooperate with Chinese medicine treatment result acupuncture, massage and rehabilitation (TCM therapy instrument) treatment.Result: Through the clinical observations, and two groups of efficacy, safety and adverse reaction of the statistical analysis shows that, such as traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine group of hemorrhagic stroke early to all have therapeutic effect. Neurological recovery in the total effective rate in treatment group, the total effective rate of 87.5%, western medicine group total effectiveness is 80%, between the two groups, with significant difference (P < 0.05), traditional Chinese medicine group was better than Western medicine group.Conclusion: TCM group and western medicine for hemorrhagic stroke early group are better therapeutic effect, but Chinese medicine group was better than western medicine group. In TCM group hemorrhagic stroke early rehabilitation therapy have apparent curative effect, no significant side effects and adverse reaction, safe and reliable, therefore, the TCM treatments is worth in clinical application..
