| Objective: To evaluate the relativity between the traditional Chinese medical differentiation and the volume and location of hemorrhage for hemormagic stroke.Mathods: 1. We have prospectively registered the successive cases of hemormagic stroke who were in the emergency and neurological and surgical cerebral wands of hospital attached to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, tested by CT and conforming to the traditional medical clinical diagnostic criteria for hemorrhagic stroke.2.Clinical doctor gave patients differentiation. 3. Radiologic doctor measured hemorrhage volume and filled out CT signs table.4. To make statistics analysis. Results: 147 cases were admitted Cases whose hemorrhage volume was less than 20ml belong to Zhongjingluo. Cases whose hemorrhage volume was more than 30ml or more than 20ml with ventriculus blooding or more than 3ml in truncus encephalicus belong to Zhongzangfu. The volume of hemorrhage between Zhongjingluo and Zhongzangfu has prominent difference (P<0.01).Conclusion: There is relativity between the hemorrhage volume and traditional differentiation for hemorrhagic stroke. |
