China's medical aid diplomacy by sending China's foreign-aid medical teams has played an important role in China's history of interaction with many developing countries,especially African countries.However,as a model of practicing China's medical aid diplomacy,Chinese foreign-aid medical teams still retain the sacred and mysterious color,lack systematic and theoretical research,which doesn't match with its contribution to China's diplomacy.China's foreign-aid medical team has opened up a new prospect in foreign affairs for China shortly after its birth.Through several stages of development until now,China's foreign-aid medical team's footprint has been around the world in addition to Antarctica.China has also accumulated a wealth of experience,formed a set of effective model in organizing,dispatching,managing of the medical team in this long process.Nowadays,the global health problems is bringing great challenges to the development of human society,China's foreign-aid medical team is keeping playing an essential role in China's medical aid diplomacy.Medical aid diplomacy is carried out through the medical team's specific work in the recipient countries.Each recipient country's national conditions are unique and their medical,health conditions are different.The kingdom of Lesotho is facing a very sever health situation;it has been accepting a large volume of external assistance but is still extremely lack of medical human resources.According to the request of the Lesotho government,Hubei Province has been sending doctors whom are urgently needed to enrich the Lesotho medical stuff,which has made a great contribution to the progress of Lesotho's health care industry and the promotion of diplomatic relations between the two countriesLooking ahead,China's foreign-aid medical aid team from Hubei Province is still holding fast to their position and China's medical aid diplomacy continues to advance.During this process,when facing to the new domestic and foreign situations,problems and difficulties will be inevitable,but the key is to identify the medical team ‘s position in the recipient country,and be clear of the medical central task,adhere to the high standard and strict requirements when organizing foreign-aid medical teams.Only by this way,can the China's foreign-aid medical teams continue to make a positive contributions to the peoples' health of the recipient countries,global health governance and China's overall diplomacy.
