Objectives:The goal ofthe present study is to understand the current status and Influencing factors of junior middle school students' health risk behaviors in F County,and to explore the imfact of social support and family care index on the health risk behavior of junior middle school students in F County,and to analyze the personality characteristics of health risk behaviors of junior high school students in F County,and provide the basis for future interventions.Methods:In the first stage we use the stratified cluster sampling method,selected three schools as firstorder units in all junior high schools at F County,in the second stage,three classes were selected from the seventh,eighth and ninth grades of each school as second-order unit,with all students in those class as the survey subjects,conducted an anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey for 1000 students.The questionnaire included general survey questionnaires,Adolescent Health related Risk Behavior Inventory,Perceived Social Support Scale,and Family APGAR Index.The Epi Data3.1 and SPSS17.0 were used to input and analyze the data.The main statistical methods include descriptive statistical analysis,Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis.Results:1.A total of 1000 questionnaires were distributed and 928 valid questionnaires were returned with an effective response rate of 92.8%.There are 300 students in the seventh grade,381 in the eighth grade and 247 in the ninth grade.The average age of the surveyed subjects was(14.38±1.009)years old.2.The high scores rates of all kinds of health risk behaviors among junior high school students in F County from high to low were: Rule Breaking,Aggression and Violence,Smoking and Drinking,Suicide and Self-Injury,Unprotected Sex.3.In addition to the Suicide and Self-Injury behavior,gender,mother's occupation,mother's education level,and father's education level have statistically significant differences in all other kinds of behavior.Except for the Unprotected Sex,the relationship with the mother is impact on all other kinds of behavior.Grade,father's occupation,family average monthly income,whether they lived with their father for a long time,whether they lived with their mother for a long time,relationship with their fathers,parental relations,scores in the last six months are impact factors of all kinds of behavior.4.The univariate analysis showed that students with higher scores of social support and higher scores at all dimensions of social support have lower frequency of involving Aggression and Violence,Suicide and Self-Injury,Smoking and Drinking,Rule Breaking and Unprotected Sex.Students who Perceived higher scores of Family APGAR index and higher scores at all dimensions of Family APGAR index have lower frequency of involving Aggression and Violence,Suicide and Self-Injury,Smoking and Drinking,Rule Breaking and Unprotected Sex.5.Multivariate analysis showed that grade,gender,mother's occupation,mother's education level,father's education level,parental relationship,own character,friend support,and affection were the main influencing factors of Aggression and Violence,which could explain 38.1% of the variantion(Nagelkerke R2=0.381).The main influencing factors of Suicide and Self-Injury are grade,father's occupation,family's average monthly income,whether they lived with their siblings for a long time,own character,family support,and affection.It can explain 19.1% of the variantion(Nagelkerke R2=0.191).Grade,gender,father's occupation,mother's occupation,school grades in the past six months,own character,and adaptation are the main influencing factors of Smoking and Drinking behavior,which can explain the 33.6% of the variantion(Nagelkerke R2=0.336).Grade,gender,mother's occupation,father's education level,parental relationship,school grades in the past six months,whether to live in school,and affection are the main influencing factors of Rule Breaking,which can explain 30% of the variation(Nagelkerke R2=0.300);Grade,gender,school grades in the past six months,own character,and affection are the main influencing factors of Unprotected Sex and can explain 29.6% of the variation(Nagelkerke R2 = 0.296).Conclusions:1.The incidence of health risk behaviors of junior high school students in F counties is relatively high.The high scores rates of all kinds of health risk behaviors among junior high school students in F County from high to low were: Rule Breaking,Aggression and Violence,Smoking and Drinking,Suicide and Self-Injury,Unprotected Sex.2.In the General Demographic Information,grade,father's occupation,family average monthly income,whether they lived with their father for a long time,whether they lived with their mother for a long time,relationship with their fathers,parental relations,scores in the last six months are impact factors of all dimensions.3.Students with higher scores in all dimensions of social support and social support,or students with higher scores in all dimensions of Family APGAR index and Family APGAR index have lower frequency of involving Aggression and Violence,Suicide and Self-Injury,Smoking and Drinking,Rule Breaking,Unprotected Sex.4.Girl,senior grade and excellent grades in the past six months are the protective factors for Smoking and Drinking,Rule Breaking,and Unprotected Sex behavior of junior high school students.Own character is introverted,own character is extroversion and perceived higher affection are protective factors for Aggression and Violence,Suicide and Self-Injury,and Unprotected Sex behavior of junior high school students.Mother education for undergraduate and above is a risk factor for Aggression and Violence behavior of junior high school students.
