Based On The Theory Of "treatment Of Disease" In Traditional Chinese Medicine, The Clinical Research On Prevention And Treatment Of Subliminal Depression In Old Age

Objective:Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine "Preventive treatment of disease",and the previous researches.This experiment for old age patients with Subthreshold Depression in communities,through simple dialectical,using xiaoyao pills or guipi pills to make a diagnosis and give treatment,and observe the clinical curative effect.It means to provide new ideas and convenient methods for the prevention and treatment of Gerontic depression in communities.Methods:1.Literature research:Through the literature research of past dynasties literature,expounds the theory of traditional Chinese medicine "Preventive treatment of disease",points out the theory is the core connotation of "prevent disease".The prevention,including in health state to prevent disease,and in a healthy condition "as soon as possible" to treat disease.gerontic Subthreshold Depression prevention belongs to the second one.According to the physiological and pathological characteristics of the elderly,it put forward the thought of "fu yang cun yin","bu xu shu yu",which use the xiaoyao herbs and guipi herbs.It conforms to the theory of TCM "Preventive treatment of disease".2.Clinical research:According to the standard selection into the Asian games village in Beijing chaoyang district health service centers in March 2016 to December 2016 TCM clinic 90 eligible subjects.Using the score of the rating scale of guipi pills syndrome and the score of the rating scale of xiaoyao pills syndrome to separate insufficiency of heart and spleen from the stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency.The eligible subjects are divided into three groups:guipi pills group?N=30?,xiaoyao pills group?N=30?,control group?N=30?.It has to collect rating scales of subthreshold depression at the first day,the 1 weekend,the 4 weekend,the 8 weekend,the 12 weekend.These rating scales are CES-D,HAMD-17,WHOQOL-BREF rating scale,etc.Guipi pills group needs the rating scale of guipi pills syndrome,while xiaoyao pills group needs the rating scale of xiaoyao pills syndrome,After the statistical analysis of the rating scale,the conclusions of these scores can be made.Statistics software is adopted by the SPSS20.0.This clinical trials study collects,summaries,analyzes and studies the clinical data of the subjects samples,using the prospective method.Results:1.Guipi pills can effectively improve the scores of the rating scales.At the 12 weekend,the score of CES-D declined from 21.70±2.17 to 17.43±2.34,?P<0.05?.The score of HAMD-17 declined from 13.10±1.69 to 8.17± 1.91,?P<0.05?.The score of the rating scale of guipi pills syndrome declined from 89.07±27.74 to 76.43±21.47,?P<0.05?.The scores of the four fields of WHOQOL-BREF,including Physical,Psychological,Social relational,environmental,rised from 7.73±0.63,7.93±0.71,9.00±1.64,8.33±0.61,to 8.51±0.68,9.04±0.65,10.53±1.38,8.85±0.79,?P<0.05?.2.Xiaoyao pills can effectively improve the scores of the rating scales.At the 12 weekend,the score of CES-D declined from 22.53±2.99 to 17₆3±1.83?P<0.05?.The score of HAMD-17 declined from 13.30± 1.82 to 8.60±1.69?P<0.05?.The score of the rating scale of guipi pills syndrome declined from 95.47 ±12.40 to 95₄7± 12.40,?P<0.05?.The scores of the four fields of WHOQOL-BREF,including Physical,Psychological,Social relational,environmental,rised from 7.92±0.85,8.27±0.89,8.13± 1.74,8.00±0.64 to 8.61±0.76,9.42±0.92,10.40±1.33,8.53±0.68,?P<0.05?.3.Under the condition of any drug intervention,parts of the symptoms of subthreshold depression can be improved by themselves.These rating scales include CES-D,HAMD-17,the Physical field of WHOQOL-BREF.These scores were improved from 21.93±2.29,12.60±1.69,7.98±0.71 to 21.60±2.08,12.13±1.85,8.06±0.77,?P<0.05?.But the scores of the others three parts of WHOQOL-BREF,including the fields of Psychological,Social relational,environmental,had the changes of meaningless,?P>0.05?.4.The number of effective,of Guipi pills group,xiaoyao pills group,control group respectively are 26,23,2.It means that if we use guipi pills or xiaoyao pills,the curative effect will be more obvious.Timely adopted xiaoyao pills or guipi pills,it can better able to alleviate the depression of gerontic Subthreshold Depression symptoms.Conclusion:1.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine "Preventive treatment of disease",the use of guipi pills or xiaoyao pills to prevention of gerontic subthreshold depression,can effectively prevent the depression symptom aggravating,improve the patient's quality of life.It conforms to the theory of Chinese medicine "Preventive treatment of disease".2.Guipi pills or xiaoyao pills can improve the grade of the subthreshold depression scale,But the low clinical cure rate may be related to the lack of qi or more of them associated with basic diseases.
