Curative Effect Observation On Chloasma(The Type Of Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation)Treated With Fire Needle Therapy Combined With Xiaoyao Pills

ObjectiveTo observe the area of skin lesion,the change of color,and the degree of depression of the patients before and after the treatment,the curative effect of the fire needle therapy combined with xiaoyao pills in the treatment of chloasma(the type of liver depression and qi stagnation)can be objectively evaluated.In the same time,we can also find out the potential of TCM in the treatment of dermatology diseases,which provides a new way of thinking and method for dermatology to treat chloasma.MethodIn the study,66 outpatients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the Stochastic numerical table method,An average of 33 patients each group.Control group:Xiaoyao pills treatment.Xiaoyao pills 3 times a day,8 pills at a time,4 weeks for 1 course.The treatment group was treated with xiaoyao pills and filiform-fire needles.Xiaoyao pills are taken orally 3 times a day for 8 pills at a time in a month.The acupoints of filiform-fire needle were facial Ashi,Taiyang(EX-HN5),Quanliao(SI 18),Xiaguan(ST 17),Yangbai(GB 14),Hegu(LI 14),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Taichong(LR 3).The treatment was 2 times a week,3 days each time interval,4 weeks for 1 course.After one course of treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Before and after treatment,the area of facial lesions,the changes of color and the degree of depression were recorded to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.ResulisIn this study,66 patients were collected,which there were 3 cases shed in both groups.Finally,60 outpatients completed the trial.After the treatment,the total effective rates of each group were 80.0%(the experimental group)and 50.0%(the control group).The statistical difference between the two groups was obviously significant(P<0.05).The results showed that compared with xiaoyao pills alone,the treatment of chloasma combined filiform-fire needle with Xiaoyao Pill was more effective than that of xiaoyao pills alone.The overall curative effect is remarkable.In improving the area and color of chloasma lesions,the scores of skin lesions in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the scores of the two symptoms of lesions were significantly decreased after the treatment in the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the total score of the experimental group in the treatment of chloasma was significantly better than that in the control group.The scores of the Hamilton Depression scale decreased after treatment in the experimental group,but there was only small change in the control group(P<0.05).It shows that the experimental group is obviously superior to the control group in improving the depression of the patients.ConclusionFor the treatment of chloasma(the type of hepatic Depression qi stagnation),both groups obtained certain curative effect.The experimental group was obviously superior to the control group in improving the area and color of chloasma lesions and mood depression.The treatment of chloasma of stagnation of liver and qi with the combination of filiform-fire needle therapy and Xiaoyao pills can obviously improve the symptoms of chloasma.The curative effect is better than that of the control group.
