Clinical Study Of Shan Yao Lao Lin Tang In The Treatment Of Middle-aged And Old Women With Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection

Objective: The observation of spleen and kidney, clearing method for recurrenturinary tract infection (labor leaching) the efficacy and safety of treatment, and effectivemethod for clinical treatment.Methods: This study70patients with recurrent urinary tract infection, according to theorder of treatment, hospitalization, were randomly divided into two groups, experimentalgroup,35cases of the control group. Control group to the Yin Hua Mi Yan Ling Pian(one4,three times a day) treatment, the experimental group to Shan Yao Lao Lin Tang (Shui jianbi day one, morning and evening after a meal, warm clothes). Course of a half months.Observe the urine, cleaning urine bacterial culture and clinical symptoms, changes in thesigns and symptoms and signs of the quantitative score, compare the differences in efficacy.Results: Due To deficiency of spleen in traditional Chinese medicine: theexperimental group significantly the efficiency score of34%, with an efficiency of43,3%,the total effective rate was91.0%; the control group the original spleen andKidney deficiency symptom remained unchanged or slightly reduce.the experimentalgroup after administration of integral compared before and after treatment with significant(p<0.01).Treatment compared with he group,the experimental group decreased white bloodcell, red blood cells and bacteria effect is obvious.Conclusion: The method for recurrent urinary tract infection due to Yin deficiencyand damp-heat syndrome is safe and effective, and reduces the recurrence rate of recurrenturinary tract infection. So it is proved that methods for recurrent urinary tract infectionwith traditional Chinese medicine are feasible and clinically valuable.
