In recent years, osteoarthritis of the knee in the crowd incidence increased year by year, that bring inconvenience to the daily life of patients,so prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients, and the use of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine theory to do further research on knee osteoarthritis can provide more evidence of clinical trials, early diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee is particularly important. Objective:To observe the effect of knee osteoarthritis(Knee osteoarthritis KOA)the distribution characteristic of TCM syndrome of patients, and the correlation between KOA and age, gender and other factors, and to explore the correlation between KOA in different TCM syndromes and serum inflammatory indexes. Methods:A prospective, randomized and controlled study was conducted among patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. For patients with knee osteoarthritis in the period from October 2012 to December 2015 in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine hospital and Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing city Fangshan District Daanshan Township Community Health Service Center were screened,122 patients were eligible, with reference to "Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principles"(2002)were divided according to TCM Syndrome Types. The patients were divided into three types, the three type were:liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, spleen kidney two empty, wet condyle syndrome, kidney yang deficiency and phlegm.During this period,22 healthy persons aged between 54-63 years old in Dongzhimen hospital were selected as the normal control group. The blood samples from the morning blood of the patients were collected and inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-a,sVC AM-1,sICAM-1)were measured. In the clinical trials in the statistical distribution of KOA observation of TCM syndrome type, the correlation between KOA and age, gender and other factors, and the TCM syndrome type and inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-a,sVCAM-1,alpha sICAM-1)the correlation between. Results:in the clinical trials, syndrome type of knee osteoarthritis in TCM of liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the most common.Kidney yang deficiency and Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome and the spleen kidney two falsely, wet condyle permit a proportion similar to that of the latter is slightly higher than the former 4.92%.The disease is more common in 56-65 years old in the elderly, and with the increase of age,the number of patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency, stasis of the channels gradually increased. The incidence of this disease varies greatly between men and women. In this clinical study, the disease is more common in women. However, there is no significant difference in the distribution of knee osteoarthritis among the three syndromes of tcm. After laboratory examination, the IL-6,TNF-a and sICAM-1 indicators were significantly lower in the normal group than in the other three groups, but there was no significant difference between the three groups of TCM syndromes. In terms of value in units of sVCAM-1 index, kidney yang deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis group had no significant difference with the normal group, liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis group and the spleen kidney two falsely,no significant difference was observed between the wet condyle group, but liver and kidney yin deficiency, vein stasis group and the spleen kidney two falsely, wet condyle group was significantly lower than that of kidney yang deficiency and Phlegm Blood stasis group and normal group. In this clinical study, the disease is more common in women, but there is no significant difference between the Three TCM Syndromes of knee osteoarthritis in the distribution of men and women. After laboratory examination, the IL-6,TNF-a and sICAM-1 indicators were significantly lower in the normal group than in the other three groups, but there was no significant difference between the three groups of TCM syndromes. In terms of value in units of sVCAM-1 index, kidney yang deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis group had no significant difference with the normal group, liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis group and the spleen kidney two falsely,no significant difference was observed between the wet condyle group, but liver and kidney yin deficiency, vein stasis group and the spleen kidney two falsely, wet condyle group was significantly lower than that of kidney yang deficiency and Phlegm Blood stasis group and normal group.Conclusion:1 Knee joint bone arthritis with TCM syndrome type of liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis type is the most common, and positively correlated with age.2 In patients with knee osteoarthritis, the number of women is more than that of men.3 Liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis group, spleen and kidney deficiency, two wet condyle group, kidney yang deficiency and Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome type three groups were no significant difference between inflammatory factor IL-6,TNF-a alpha,sICAM-1 index value, but significantly higher than normal group. That knee osteoarthritis and inflammatory factor IL-6,TNF-a alpha, the relationship between sICAM-1,provides a new way for early diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of Chinese medicine for the treatment of KOA.4 In the unit index of inflammatory factor sVCAM-1 value, kidney yang deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis group had no significant difference with the normal group, liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis group and the spleen kidney two falsely, there was no significant difference between the wet condyle group, but the liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis group and the spleen kidney two empty and wet condyle group was significantly lower than that of kidney yang deficiency and Phlegm Blood stasis group and normal group.
