ObjectiveTo research the patients with knee osteoarthritis of TCM syndrome classification characteristics,as well as the syndrome distribution associated with sex,age,morbidity season,and using the application data to discover the characteristics of Chinese traditional medicine prescription and regularity of prescription,after analyzing the dialectical classification and prescription,the correlation of the formulas,analysis of the syndrome differentiation principle,for knee osteoarthritis of TCM syndrome diagnosis,treatment to provide clinical experience and scientific basis.MethodsThrough the analysis of research into standard cases of hospitalized patients,collecting their age,dates,symptoms,signs,TCM four diagnostic information and information such as of 110 female patients.There were 79 kinds of symptoms,and the total frequency was about 2544 times.The dendrogram was obtained by systematic cluster analysis of 37 kinds of symptoms with the frequency distribution of more than 20%,according to the dendrogram we can drive all the symptoms into about two three and four types.I found that it is more meaningful to divide the symptoms into four groups,in this case the P(double sides)<0.05,showing that the classification is more significant.For four clusters,it is liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,syndrome of damp heat obstruction,syndrome of yang deficiency and coagulated cold,syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.According to the four types of syndrome types,I got the classification of syndrome in 143 cases,and the frequency and frequency of four types of syndromes were statistically analyzed.The results were deficiency of liver and kidney in 43 cases,the frequency of 30.07%;20 cases of damp heat Bizu,frequency of 13.99%;Yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome in 26 cases,the frequency is 37.76%.The age distribution of patients was statistically analyzed,and found that the proportion of 51-80 years old was the largest,accounting for 86.01%.So i divided the age groups into three groups:51-60 years old,61-70 years old and 71-80 years old,and the distribution of the four syndromes in different age groups were analyzed.According to the results,x2=3.886,P=0.919>0.05,obviously there was no significant difference between the four syndromes in the three groups.According to the climate conditions in Beijing,the season is divided into spring(3-5 months),summer(6-8 months),autumn(9-11 months),winter(12-2 months).And I got x2=26.689,P=0.02<0.05 due to the data of the patients' onset seasons and the classification data of syndrome types were tested.The results showed that there were significant differences in the distribution of syndrome types in different seasons.The same method was used to obtain the distribution of the syndromes in different gender,the data analysis shows that the x2=3.832,P=0.28>0.05,shows no significant difference between the different syndrome type in gender distribution.2.TCM prescription medication law:After analyse TCM data information in the cases,I got statistical data collected in patients with traditional Chinese medicine data,and statistical analysis of the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,analysis of the frequency of each symptom in each patient.According to the frequency,the frequency is arranged in descending order.According to the clinical practice and research needs,I selected more than 20 times the frequency of drugs,a total of 41 drugs.The frequency of the top 15 drugs were Cyathula root,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Angelicae sinensis,Rhizoma Drynariae,Caulis Spatholobi,Loranthaceae,angelica,teasel root,eucommia,Achyranthes,Amomum,cinnamon,cassia twig,licorice.Drug class 41 drugs with high frequency in frequency from more to less is mainly divided into:tonic,blood stasis,rheumatism medicine,warming Yang,diaphoretic,Qi drugs,diuretics for eliminating dampness,heat clearing drug,astringent drug,Respectively the frequency of occurrence was 479,452,295,100,99,78,58,54,31 times.Tonic drugs,blood circulation and removing stasis drugs,and rheumatism medicine is in the highest frequency.With Cluster analysis of drug data using SPSS,It was found that the poly 6 class had bilateral p(double sides)<0.05,and significance increased.Finally,I got 6 kinds of drug groups.Conclusion1,knee osteoarthritis syndrome in liver and kidney deficiency syndrome and Yang deficiency haemorrheological nature most proportion,according to the four types of syndrome type of frequency from high to low in turn for Yang haemorrheological nature,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,qi and blood stasis syndrome.damp and hot bizu.Type 2,four types of syndrome in different season distribution has obvious differences,among them a more balanced distribution of liver and kidney deficiency type in the four seasons,hot and humid bizu syndrome incidence is higher in the summer,spring,Yang deficiency haemorrheological nature card type in the incidence of a disease is higher in the autumn and winter seasons,and basic classification of syndrome type of fever was elated to classification of climate.3,through knee osteoarthritis commonly used traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clustering analysis to get six groups of drug combination effect can basically covers four types of syndrome,among them.Drugs for activating blood circulation has a very high frequency,so inspired by the wheel cure disease cure and syndrome differentiation of disease,application of drug needs to be combined together,properly using Disease treatment based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment to do the multiple targets therapy.
