This article mainly includes literature review and clinical research in two parts. The first part is a review of the literature, which is divided into two reviews:a review of traditional Chinese medicine on breast cancer and depression awareness;review ? describes the modern medical postoperative depression of breast cancer awareness and related factors. The second part is clinical research, including research purposes, methods, results, discussion and so on.Research purposesThe aim of this study was to analyze the risk factors of depression in patients with postoperative breast cancer,to intervene in advance of these factors,so as to improve the physical symptoms and mental state of the patients and improve their quality of life and achieve the goal of "preventive treatment of disease".At the same time, the characteristics of TCM syndromes of postoperative patients with breast cancer were analyzed, which provided some reference for clinical medicine and scientific research in the future.Research methodsThis study included 145 cases of postoperative patients with breast cancer who were included in the Department of Oncology at the Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May to January 2017.Record the group of patients with depression, general situation, clinical information and TCM symptoms. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 statistical software to explore the related risk factors of depression and the characteristics of TCM syndrome in postoperative patients with breast cancer.Research result1.General situation:The results showed differences in the tendency of depression in patients with working status(?2= 4.331,P= 0.037),family history(?2 = 6.259,P= 0.044).There was no difference in age, marital status, and cultural history.According to Logistic regression analysis, family history(OR= 0.221,P = 0.026)was associated with a tendency to depression in patients with postoperative breast cancer. That is,family history of breast cancer after surgery is more prone to depression tendencies.2.Patients with no work, patients with no family history, patients with distant metastases are more prone to depression.Therefore,3.Distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with postoperative depression of breast cancer:Depression tendency patients:There were 39 cases(67.2%)of yang deficiency syndrome,33 cases(56.9%)of qi deficiency syndrome,16 cases(27.6%)of qi stagnation,16 cases(27.6%)of phlegm syndrome,19 cases(32.8%)of blood stasis syndrome,9 cases(15.5%)of yin deficiency,2 cases(3.4%)of blood deficiency,1 cases(1.7%)of phlegm syndrome,no patients with heat toxin syndrome. No depression tendency patients:There were 29 cases(44.6%)of phlegm syndrome,28 cases(43.1%)of yang deficiency syndrome,24 cases(36.9%)of qi deficiency syndrome,20 cases(30.8%)of blood stasis syndrome,12cases(18.5%)of yin deficiency,12 cases(18.5%)of qi stagnation,3 cases(4.6%)of phlegm syndrome,1 cases(3.4%)of blood deficiency,no patients with heat toxin syndrome.4.The tendency of depression in patients with breast cancer was different in the two syndromes of yang deficiency syndrome(?2=10.295,P=0.006)and qi deficiency syndrome(?1=12.611,P=0.002).Analysis conclusion1.The study shows that postoperative breast cancer patients with a tendency to depression was 46.9%.It can be seen, breast cancer patients with a higher proportion of depression tendency, depression, the greater the harm to patients, should be in advance with depression patients with psychological or even drug intervention, reduce the incidence of depression.2.Patients with no work, patients with no family history, patients with distant metastases are more prone to depression. We should be to carry out more breast cancer preaching activities to enhance breast cancer patients' cognition of diagnosis and treatment, and reduce the fear of breast cancer. We should take more care and psychological counseling to the patients with distant metastasis,to reduce the psychological burden of patients. At the same time, patients with stable disease should be recommended to work as far as possible, for retired patients, can participate in community activities,to strengthen the affirmation of self-worth,increase the confidence of resistance to the disease.3.Chinese medicine syndrome of postoperative breast cancer patients with depression in the yang deficiency,qi deficiency-based,qi stagnation, phlegm, blood stasis syndrome followed. At the same time, this study suggests that patients with yang deficiency and qi deficiency syndrome are more prone to depression, and can not be one-sided view of postoperative depression in breast cancer patients mostly qi stagnation,,so as to provide some reference for future research.
