Objective: Based on the information-motivation-behavior technique model, the related knowledge, motivation, behavioral skills and functional exercise compliance of upper limb functional exercise in breast cancer patients were investigated and the influencing factors were analyzed.Related knowledge, motivation, behavioral skills, functional exercise compliance,to construct the IMB model of upper limb functional exercise compliance;to propose the corresponding clinical nursing interventions for the related factors that affect the compliance of upper limb functional exercise,to improve the postoperative patients with upper limb functional exercise compliance,to promote the rehabilitation of upper limb function to provide a theoretical basis. Methods: In this study,we conducted a questionnaire survey of 165 patients with breast cancer who underwent breast cancer from May 20 to November 2016 in a hospital in Changchun City. The survey tools include: general questionnaire,self-designed breast cancer patients with postoperative functional exercise related knowledge and demand questionnaire, motivation questionnaire, behavior skills questionnaire, breast cancer patients postoperative functional exercise compliance scale.Survey data using Epidata3.1 double entry. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. The data of the patients and the functional exercise related knowledge, motivation, behavioral skills, functional exercise compliance scores of breast cancer patients were statistically described by means of mean, standard deviation, frequency, composition ratio and rate. The t-test,single factor analysis of variance and non-normal distribution were used to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge, motivation, behavior skills, and functional exercise compliance,Spearman or Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between the knowledge, motivation, behavioral skills and functional exercise compliance of upper limb functional exercise, and construct the structural equation. Results: 1.A total of 165 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey.165 cases of breast cancer patients with 164 women;age range of 26 to 75 years old, with 45 to 59 age group(74%);occupation is mostly farmer(37%);most of the married patients(87.9%);62.4% of the patients live in towns; The majority of junior high school students(36.4%);The main caregivers for the husband accounted for 62.1%;58.2% of the patients were treated with simple breast resection;70.3% of patients with axillary sentinel lymph node biopsy; The clinical stage of disease was predominant in stage II patients(61.2%).2.The average score of functional exercise related knowledge for patients with postoperative breast cancer was(11.90 ± 2.91)points,the total awareness rate was 74.6%.There is no significant difference in the scores of functional exercise related knowledge between patients with the different living places, the educational level, the medical payment method and the disease clinical stage(P <0.05).3.The average score of functional exercise motivation for patients with postoperative breast cancer was(39.60 ± 4.29)points.There is no significant difference in the scores of functional exercise motivation between patients with the different living places, the average monthly income of family, the family history of breast cancer, the postoperative time, the disease clinical stage and the total score of knowledge(P <0.05).4.The average score of functional exercise behavior skills for patients with postoperative breast cancer was(28.37 ± 3.59)points.There is no significant difference in the scores of functional exercise behavior skills between patients with the different living places, the total score of knowledge, the total score of motivation(P <0.05).5.The average score of functional exercise compliance for patients with postoperative breast cancer was(53.25 ± 7.06)points.Among the dimension scores, postoperative attention to dimension compliance was highest, the entries are divided into(3.45 ± 0.46)points,while the physical exercise compliance dimension scored the lowest, the entries are divided into(2.89 ± 0.54)points.There is no significant difference in the scores of functional exercise compliance between patients with the different postoperative time, the total score of knowledge, the total score of motivation, the total score of behavioral skill(P <0.05).6.There was a significant positive correlation between functional exercise related knowledge, motivation, behavioral skills and functional exercise compliance in postoperative patients with breast cancer(P <0.01).The correlation coefficient between behavioral skills and functional exercise compliance was the highest(r = 0.602,P <0.01).7.Breast cancer patients with functional training related knowledge, motivation, behavior skills and functional exercise compliance by path analysis, construction of functional exercise compliance IMB model: there was a significant positive correlation between functional exercise knowledge and motivation(r = 0.439,P = 0.000 <0.05);the direct effect of functional exercise related knowledge on behavioral skills is 0.181,the indirect effect on compliance is 0.092,and the total effect is 0.167;the direct effect of functional exercise motivation on behavioral skills was 0.493,the indirect effect on compliance was 0.251,the total effect was 0.361;functional exercise behavior skills on the direct effect of compliance 0.509,that is,knowledge and motivation indirectly through the behavioral skills have an impact on compliance, behavior skills in the knowledge, motivation and compliance between the intermediary effect. Conclusions: 1.In this study, breast cancer patients with functional exercise-related knowledge of the situation at a low level.Place of residence, education level, medical payment method and the clinical stage of disease are the influencing factors of functional exercise related knowledge.2.In this study, the level of functional exercise motivation in patients with breast cancer after surgery is higher, the overall functional exercise attitude is more positive, social support is higher.Place of residence, the average monthly income of family, the family history of breast cancer, the postoperative time, the clinical stage of disease and the total score of knowledge are the influencing factors of functional exercise motivation.3.In this study, breast cancer patients with functional exercise behavior skills, has a strong self-efficacy,but the objective skills have yet to be improved.Place of residence, the total score of knowledge and the total score of motivation are the influencing factors of functional exercise behavior skills.4.In this study, patients with postoperative compliance with breast cancer in a high level of compliance.Among the dimensions of functional exercise compliance, the follow-up rate was the best, followed by the initiative to seek the recommended compliance rate, the lowest rate of physical exercise compliance. The postoperative time, the total score of knowledge, the total score of motive and the total score of behavioral skills are the influencing factors of functional exercise compliance.5.In the functional exercise compliance IMB model, functional exercise knowledge and motivation have a direct effect on behavioral skills, and the direct effect of motivation is higher than knowledge.Functional exercise knowledge, motivation has no direct effect on compliance, but the total effect value indicates that the functional exercise motivation has more influence on the compliance than the information.Behavioral skills have a direct effect on compliance, and behavioral skills have a mediating effect in the influence of knowledge and motivation on compliance, and are the key determinants of functional exercise compliance.6.The results showed that the IMB model could be applied to the functional exercise of patients with breast cancer.Clinical nursing staff could develop targeted intervention measures and improve the compliance of patients after breast cancer surgery under the guidance of the theoretical model framework.
