| Objective:The compliance of patients with out-of-hospital functional exercise after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer was evaluated, and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed,so as to provide a basis for formulating effective out-of-hospital functional exercise programs. Methods:A total of 115 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy from February 2019 to August 2019 in the department of tumor surgery of a grade III hospital were selected as the study subjects by convenient sampling method. All patients received the standard functional exercise instruction and discharge instruction from the hospital, and were followed up by telephone every 2 weeks after discharge, with consistent follow-up contents.During the period from September 1,2019 to November 30,2019,the investigator used the CHAMPION health beliefs scale,a self-made compliance scale, and the social support rating scale(SSRS)to evaluate the patients’ compliance with out-of-hospital functional exercise at the outpatient review after discharge, and analyzed the relevant influencing factors of the patients’ compliance.SPSS23.0 software package was used to complete statistical analysis.Measurement data were represented by mean standard deviation(s),t-test was used, count data was represented by use cases(%),chi-square(2)test was used, and the influencing factors were analyzed by stepwise regressionResults:1.The compliance rate of out of hospital functional exercise in this group ofpatients after modified radical mastecbomy was:more than 75%accounted for 24.6%,50%-75%accounted for 66.4%,less than 50%accounted for 9%;from the complianoe dimension, the compliance rate ofpostoperative precautions was the best, followed byphysical exercise, the worst was to actively seek exercise advice, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There were significant differences in the compliance rate of out of hospital functional exercise among patients with different self-efficacy,age,education level, appetite, mental state, tumor stage and family economic level(P<0.05).The patients’ health motivation, perceived severity, perceived benefits,self-eficacy,social objective support and utilization were positively correlated with their compliance with out of hospital functional exercise(r=0.276,0.255,0.356,0.392,0.253,0.255,respectively,P<0.05).3.Stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the compliance of breast cancer patients to perform out of hospital functional exercise were postoperative time, education level,self-efficacy,appetite,social objective support, perceived benefits and perceived severity.Conclusion:1.The general compliance of out of hospital functional exercise of breast cancer patients is not high, mainly manifested as low compliance of exercise exercise, not actively asking for exercise suggestions. Therefore, weshould take a variety of measures to improve the compliance ofpatients with exercise..2.The controllable factors influencing patients’ compliance include postoperatve time,self-efficacy,appetite,social objective support, perceived benefits and perceived severity. The nursing staff should strenghen the follow-up and health guidance outside the hospital help the patients to enhance their self-confidence and improve their self-efficacy,develop a diet plan to increase their appetite, communicate with the patients and their relatives and friends to impove their social support, help the patients to establish their health beliefs, correctly percerve the severity of the disease and the benefits of functional exercise,so as to impove the complianoe of the patients with to functional exercise outside the hotipital. |
