Research On Long-term Care Services For Elderly People With Disabilities In Urban Communities

From 1999 to the present,during less than 20 years,China comes into the aging,society with "running" speed,as the size of the disabled elderly continues to spread,long-term care medical and health resources is becoming extremely scarce.And the contradiction of supply and demand is very prominent in long-term care services.Under the background,it is very important to understand the demand of long-term care services for urban disabled persons,find out the problems of demand and put forward corresponding policy suggestions.Based on the theory of needs hierarchy and the theory of welfare pluralism,this thesis analyzes the demand of long-term care services for urban disabled elderly under the model of community-based old-age care,and then searches for the long-Care services,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to better meet the long-term care needs of disabled elderly.The main contents are as follows:In the first part,the thesis mainly elaborates the research background,the meaning,the method and the mentality of the long-term care service of the elderly in the urban community,and then elaborates the research focus and the innovation point,the theory and the research situation at present.In the second part,the thesis analyzes the basic situation of the survey sample,the basic situation of the research object,and then analyzes the medical care,the life care and the living demand service demand to the survey questionnaire in the 559 cases of the disabled elderly in Changning District of Shanghai as the starting point Descriptive analysis.In the third part,according to the degree of self-care ability of the disabled elderly,the binary logistic regression analysis of the disabled elderly samples was carried out.The influencing factors of service demand in the areas of medical care,life care and living facilities were mainly analyzed.In the fourth part,based on the questionnaire survey,the thesis analyzes the problems of the long-term care services for community home elders.At present,there are four problems in the long-term care service for the elderly in the community.First,the supply of medical services is not enough for the grassroots community health service centers;secondly,disease prevention and nursing work is not in place;thirdly,the socialized professional nursing resources have not been the supplyment with thefamily care resources;fourthly,the problems is that the elderly living area and home housing renovation is absent.In the fifth part,the thesis analyzes the coverage of the service of the Japanese community,analyzes the qualifications of the applicant and the nursing content,and puts forward the experience of reference.In the sixth part,the thesis,regarding the demand of long-term care service as the starting point,combined with the existing problems of the long-term care service,and draws lessons from the experience of the Japanese community residence service,and then puts forward five suggestions.First,we need to focus on the development of primary health care services;secondly,we need to focus on basic treatment and care prevention;thirdly,we need to joint the family care with social resources care in one community long-term care system;fourthly we need to build one house renovation plan for the disabled elderly;fifthly,we need to is implement the national unified long-term care needs assessment system.The main innovation is following.From the research point of view,this article is the main survey object identified as the community home for the elderly,will focus more on the community home for the elderly long-term care services.From the research object,the current domestic research on the elderly for the elderly more difficult to focus on the overall study of the elderly,the degree of disability for the elderly to conduct a specific study.From the research point of view,in addition to the medical care and life care research,this article through the disabled elderly pension supply and demand analysis,the elderly for the improvement of housing for the aging of the elderly has a strong demand.
