ObjectivesThrough the assessment of the core competence of nursing clinical teachers in tumor hospitals,this study guides the establishment of standardized teacher training curriculum for nursing clinical teachers in tumor hospitals,and provides a basis for pre-job training and qualification management of nursing clinical teachers in tumor hospitals.MethodsObjective Sampling method was adopted to select 6 nursing managers and 4 senior teaching teachers from 10 tertiary grade A oncology hospitals in China as interviewees.Semi-structured and personal in-depth interviews were conducted to investigate the current situation of nursing clinical teaching teachers' management system in oncology hospitals.In the framework of core ability definition,on the basis of literature analysis,combined with the tumor specialized subject hospital clinical teaching of nursing managers,teachers,students,qualitative interviews,the formation of tumor specialized subject hospital nursing clinical teaching teacher initial index,core competence and established the tumor specialized subject hospital nursing clinical guidance and teaching teacher standardization outline of initial teacher training courses,through the study of the two rounds of 20 nursing expert Delphi expert consultation,eventually formed a tumor hospital nursing clinical teaching teacher core competence indicators,and based on the core competence of tumor specialized subject hospital nursing clinical teaching teacher standardized teacher training curriculum.ResultsIn this study,the management system of clinical nursing teachers in 10 domestic third-class first-class cancer hospitals was investigated.It was found that at present,the management of clinical nursing teachers in China's cancer hospitals is not standardized,and there is no unified qualification access process,certification method and standardized teacher training scheme,and the training objectives are unclear.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a standardized teacher training system for clinical nursing teachers in cancer hospitals.Through two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry,85%of the 20 experts who are over 40 years old,95%have professional titles of associate high and above,and 75%have worked for 20 years or above.The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation is 100%,and the ratio of experts who put forward opinions in the rounds is 82.35%and 35.29%,respectively.Experts are more enthusiastic about participating in this study.The judgment coefficient(Ca),familiarity degree(Cs)and authority coefficient(Cr)of the experts on the inquiry content are 0.960,0.870 and 0.910,respectively,and the experts have a high degree of authority.After two rounds of correspondence,the coordination coefficient of the primary index,the secondary index and the tertiary index of the core competence of nursing clinical teachers in cancer hospital was 0.490,0.435 and 0.452,respectively,with P values less than 0.05,which was statistically significant,and the coordination degree of experts' opinions was higher.The average value of the first-class index of core competence is between 4.800 and 5.000 points,and the coefficient of variation is between 0%and 10.082%;The average value of secondary indicators is 4.600-5.000,and the coefficient of variation is 0%-16.390%.The average value of the three-level indicators is 4.600-5.000,and the coefficient of variation is 0%-21.249%.The average value of the core competence indicators is>3.500,and the coefficient of variation is ?25%,which meets the screening conditions of indicators.Finally,an index system of core competence of nursing clinical teachers in cancer hospitals is formed,including 7 first-level indicators,25 second-level indicators and 75 third-level indicators.The index coordination coefficient of standardized teacher training syllabus for nursing clinical teaching teachers in cancer hospital is 0.437,P value is less than 0.05,the average value of index importance assignment is between 4.700 and 5.000 points,and the coefficient of variation is between 0%and 19.168%,which finally forms a standardized teacher training syllabus,including 7 training modules,31 module topics,73 training courses and 21 technical operation training projects,with a total course.Conclusions1.There are great differences in the management of clinical nursing teachers in domestic cancer hospitals,and there is no unified qualification access process,certification method and standardized teacher training program with clear training objectives.We should establish a perfect management system of clinical nursing teachers' qualifications in cancer hospitals,and carry out standardized teacher training for clinical nursing teachers,so as to ensure the quality and stability of teaching staff and improve the teaching level of teaching teachers.2.1n this study,the core competence indicators and standardized teacher training syllabus for clinical nursing teachers in cancer hospitals were constructed.The research methods are scientific and rigorous,the indicators and syllabus are comprehensive,and the research results are reasonable and reliable,which can provide a basis for standardized management of clinical nursing teachers in cancer hospitals in China.
