Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction In The Treatment Of Simple Chronic Bronchitis In The Prolonged Period Of Fengxie Fufei Syndrome

Objective: This research is about to observe the effect of Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction to those patients diagnosed as simple type of chronic bronchitis in deferment period,with Fengxiefufei syndrome in TCM.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of this prescription by analysis of clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms,peripheral blood leukocytes,pulmonary ventilation function after treatment.In order to provide clinical basis for its further application.Methods:Collected 60 patiensts according with the diagnostic criteria from The First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,then randomly divided into two groups,each group consists of 30 patients: the control group:given Suhuang Zhike capsule;The treatment group: given Shufeng Xuanfei liquid,Two groups were treated for a period of 2 weeks.Then observe and analyse the two group's changes of clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms,peripheral blood leukocytes,pulmonary ventilation functionResults:1.The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%.In contrast,the total effective rate was 66.67%,The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Comparing the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group,the total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group.And the matched group rate was 73.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms.3.Comparing the peripheral blood leukocytes of two groups after the treatment,indicate that the difference between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.According to the analysis of FVC? FEV1,shows that both groups were increased compared with prior treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),besides,the treatment group' s index was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),5.There was no obvious adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion: Shufeng Xuanfei decoction have specific effects of treat patients diagnosed as simple type of chronic bronchitis in deferment period,also safety and reliable.Meanwhile,it can improve pulmonary ventilation function and reduce the recurrence rate,which means it dose offer a new effective treatment for this disease.
