Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris (blood Deficiency And Wind-drying Type) With Moisturizing And Anti-itching Lotion

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of moisturizing itching lotion on psoriasis vulgaris(blood deficiency and wind-dry type).To provide a basis for the clinical application of the expansion of moisturizing itching lotion.Methods:Selection of treatment in line with the study case included in the standard psoriasis(blood deficiency and wind-dry type)patients from January 2016 to December 2016 in the First Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.These cases were randomly divided into three groups,each group of 30 cases.combined treatment group to be moisturizing itching lotion wash and Calcipotriol Ointment,Chinese medicine group to be moisturizing itching lotion wash therapy,Western medicine group to be Calcipotriol Ointment treatment.Every 4weeks for a course of treatment for 2 consecutive treatment.Observe and record the two groups before and after treatment changes in skin lesions and adverse reactions to determine the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:After treatment,the three groups of symptoms were significantly improved: after treatment,combined treatment group and Western medicine group,Chinese medicine group in the lesion area and severe index(PASI points),pruritus score,clinical efficacy comparison,the difference between the statistics(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P> 0.05).Description moisturizing itching lotion combined with Calcipotriol Ointment treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood deficiency and winddry type)and a single use of moisturizing itching lotion topical treatment or a single use of Calcipotriol Ointment treatment efficacy.The efficacy of the combination therapy group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and thewestern medicine group,but there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.Conclusion:1.Moisturizing itching lotion is the effective external treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood deficiency and wind-dry type)which can effectively improve the patient erythema,infiltration,scales,itching and other symptoms,ease the disease.2.Moisturizing itching lotion combined with Calcipotriol ointment for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood deficiency type)is safe,And is better than a single use of Calcipotriol ointment and a single moisturizing itching lotion effect.3.Moisturizing itching lotion is safe and reliable,without any side effects.
