Purpose: Under the guidance of TCM theory,based on the "xeransis itching soup" clinical effect observation,to further explore the theory of TCM heat lishi,cool blood itching in the treatment of dampness heat intrinsic wind itching,prove its safety,effectiveness,the properties for the clinical curative effect observation.Method: Choose the inclusion criteria of wind itching,62 cases of patients,randomly divided into two parts including control group and treatment group,each group of 31 cases.Give "dehumidification itching" soup of the treatment group(by gentian,huangin,Gardenia jasminoides eillis,Isatis indigotica fort,Dictamnus dasycarpus turcz.etc)usage: warm water a blunt 200 ml,two doses,sooner or later points,each 100 ml.Control group to give golden cicada itching granules(lonicerae japonica thunb,fructus gardeniae,radix scutellariae,bitter ginseng,cortex phellodendri,gentiana,angelica dahurica,cortex dictamni,fructus cnidii,cicada,forsythia,belvedere fruit,radix rehmanniae,artemisinin,patchouli,liquorice)usage: boiled water a blunt after a meal,a bag at a time,three times a day.2 treatment on Monday,continuous observation of two course of treatment.Result: Through clinical observation,according to the results of the treatment group total effectiveness 80.65%,the total effective rate of control group is 61.29%,treatment group total effectiveness is better than the control group,and the statistical analysis,P < 0.05,compared to similar between the two groups have statistical significance.The treatment group can obviously improve the degree of pruritus in patients with symptoms such as frequency,duration,attack.Conclusion: Dehumidifying itching soup can significantly improve extensive hair sex wind dampness heat intrinsic itching symptoms and signs,clinicalcurative effect is superior to the golden cicada relieving itching particles,and is safe and effective.
