Clinical Observation Of Xiangsu Liqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiangsu Liqi Decoction on the treatment of functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of Rome ? and TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria,patients with functional dyspepsia in June 2016 to January 2017 in Yueyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the spleen and stomach disease outpatient and spleen and stomach disease division of the inpatient functional dyspepsia patients collected in accordance with the requirements of the observation of60 patients,according to the order randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in treatment group treated with Xiangsu Liqi Decoction for a day,decocted in water,two times a day;the control group of 30 cases of oral administration of Domperidone Tablets,10 mg,3 times / day.The two groups were treated for a period of 4 weeks.By comparing the scores of TCM syndromes,gastric emptying function and safety index,to evaluate the effectiveness and safety.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze data,draw the conclusion.Results:1.Comparison of clinical total curative effect :The total effectiveness of the observed group was 90%.The control group was 66.67%,and the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the total effectiveness of he observation group was better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome integral:the difference of the observation group before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral comparison was statistically significant(P<0.01),the difference of the integral control group before and after the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the individual symptoms of the observational group before and after treatment: there is significant difference on the improvement of epigastric fullness and epigastric pain before and after treatment(P<0.01),the difference on the improvement of reducing diet,fatigue,belching and loose stool before and aftertreatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),for nausea and vomiting,constipation,there is no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).4.The comparison of gastric emptying function:There was statistical difference between the observation group before and after treatment(P<0.01).The difference between the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of Security,Compared with the control group,there was no adverse reaction in the observation group,1 patients in the control group showed a slight increase in alanine aminotransferase.Conclusion:Xiangsu Liqi Decoction has good clinical efficacy for functional dyspepsia spleen qi stagnation,especially the improvement of clinical symptoms is better than Domperidone Tablets,which is worthy of clinical application.
