| Objective:This study adopts the way of acupuncture treatment by antipsychotic drug s to alter myocardial ischemia, cardiac troponin and ECG as observation indexes to ev aluate the curative effect of acupuncture treatment of antipsychotic induced myocardi al ischemia, the best method for the treatment of antipsychotic induced myocardial isc hernia, and provide new ideas for the method rich in acupuncture treatment of disease.Methods:according to the diagnostic criteria of myocardial ischemia and myocardial ischemia ECG results,58 patients appeared after taking antipsychotic drugs of ment al patients in Nanjing city to collect Qinglongshan mental hospital 1-20 ward admitted in 2014-2015, according to the random number table according to the proportion of 1 :1, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group 28 cases, control group in 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture therapy, and the control g roup was treated only with drugs. Do the daily 1 times, each time 30min,20d for 1 co urses, after an interval of 1 Od for second courses. Before and after treatment, the clini cal symptoms of the patients were scored, ECG and cardiac troponin were observed.Results:1 patients in the two groups before treatment and after first courses of clinica 1 symptom score comparison showed no significant difference (P>0.05); after second courses of treatment, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control gro up (P<0.05); score of two groups before treatment, after first courses of treatment and second after treatment score was significant (P<0.05), and the score decreased.2. Two groups of patients before treatment, after first courses of 2 point T wave change value (sigma T) showed no significant difference (P>0.05), to second after treatment, the tr eatment group than the control group T showed significant difference (P<0.05); for th e treatment group, before treatment, after first courses of treatment and second after tr eatment a comparison between 3 Sigma T have significant difference (P<0.05), the co ntrol group had no difference.3 of the patients in the two groups had no significant dif ference between the content of troponin (P>0.05); after first courses of treatment, the t reatment group CTnT compared with the control group difference (P<0.05), to second after treatment, the treatment group than the control group CTnT decreased significan tly (P<0.01); for the treatment group, before treatment, after second courses and first c ourse of treatment after the content of troponin within group was significantly decreas ed compared to the control group (P<0.05), while no significant difference, but a decr easing trend.Conclusion:it is safe and effective for the treatment of myocardial ischemia induced by antipsychotic drugs combined with acupuncture, and the overall effect is due to the simple drug therapy. |
