Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Xinghua Huayu Decoction In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris With Depression (Qiyu Decoction) In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xinqihuatan Decoction treatment stable coronary heart disease and depression(Qi stagnation type).Methods: 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and treatment group according to the principle of randomized control.The control group was treated with the basic medicine for the treatment of coronary heart disease and the basis of psychological guidance.The treatment group on the basis of control group plus for the Xinqihuoxue Decoction.The clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram,blood lipid,HRV,HAMD and safety were evaluated before and after treatment.Results: By clinical observation,angina pectoris,The total effective rate was90% in the treatment group and 67% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).ECG curative effect,the treatment group total effectiveness 70%,control group total effective rate was 50%,there is statistical significance(P< 0.05);Syndrome curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment group improved significantly,compared with the control group difference(P < 0.05);Blood lipid,the treatment group can reduce the content of TC,TG,LDL-C,increase HDL-C content,curative effect is superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);HRV aspect,treatment group and control group also had an improved earlier,but the treatment group was better than control group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).HAMD scale,HAMD score table,the treatment group and the control group after treatment scores were lower than before treatment,treatment group score reduction is greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).
